Sewell provided fair and fast service.

Sewell provided fair and fast service. Buying a car is usually a 3 hour ordeal where I have left with nothing. I was in and out in just over an hour including the test drive! Great price, great value for my trade, could not be happier! I will go back for sure!

Had the oil changed and a new filter installed.

Just bought a truck from them a couple days ago, and the process was pain free. We’ve purchased from them before, and they’ve always stood behind what they sell. It’s a friendly, hometown place that’s honest and will go the extra mile to ensure you get the vehicle that’s right for you. It’s hard to find a place you can trust that’s not just out for a sale, but Claycomb is that place.

Would go back again and again,,,,

Bought my granddaughter her first car at Claycomb’s …. a year ago…. Given the escalating price of used cars, we still got a very fair deal. There were a few minor problems right after delivery and rhe dealer took care of them right away. We are on our second service cycle and they got us in very promptly. I feel the minor repairs they did were very fairly priced. Dealer staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I hate bread some negative reviews about this dealership and would remind people that no dealer is perfect there’s obviously for one situation is no matter where you go… But I would put the this dealer’s reputationreputation against any of the major dealerships in secondary used car dealerships

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership Everything was great at first. The vehicle had a few problems that were repaired under the warranty. Then about 10 days ago the vehicle had another problem. The mechanics were able to figure out what the problem was. I was told that because of the Christmas holiday the part needed wouldn’t be there until the Thursday after Christmas. That was perfectly fine with me. The vehicle is still at the dealership. I called on Friday and was told that I could pick up the vehicle later in the day. I asked if there was anything else wrong with it and was told “NO”. I never heard anything from them. I stopped by the dealership on Saturday and was told that there was another problem. I was then told a mechanic took the car for the weekend. This upset me greatly. My insurance doesn’t cover someone else who is joy riding. I feel like I am getting the run around. I was so happy first but now I totally regret buying this car at this place

I purchased a used car from claycomb auto sales 3 months ago. . I was very happy at first. The car had a few problems that were covered by the warranty. I was pleased with the work that was done. !!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I Bought a vehicle there recently. There has been nothing but problems with it. I learned a very expensive lesson buy choosing a vehicle at this dealer. You would assume that spending 10- 15,000 on a vehicle it would be safe. This is not the case. Now i have a vehicle i can not drive and cant afford to fix on my own. When I picked up my new vehicle it had absolutely NO oil in it among other issues. So do yourself a favor and have a mechanic that you know check out any vehicle you might buy from this dealer. Sewell was very nice during the buying process. The lady in the office, not so much. Several times i was told "we'll call you back" and several time she didn't. I give 0 stars to this dealership and i regret buying there without having the vehicle checked by a certified mechanic.

claycomb service

i was was in a hurry on my day off and stopped into a quickie place for an oil change,The $29.99 special went to $49.99 for the "high milage oil which of coarse they highly recommended,they told me my power steering was "burnt" and badly needed to be replaced,i declined but when i had my van in for a repair at Claycombs i asked them to check it out. They reported that there was nothing wrong with the fluid.Bottom line Claycomb offers fair priced and most important honest service.I will continue to have all 3 of my families cars serviced there.

an honest car dealer (no really!)

After purchasing 7 (yes seven) vehicles from claycomb auto sales, I think I can confidently say that this is the best dealership to deal with period. If you want someone to lie to you about what you can afford, this is not the place. Sewell will be blunt with you, if buying a car from him in your current financial situation is not a smart move, he will tell you. On the flip side Sewell will do just about anything in his power to get you the best deal on a vehicle (reasonably, he is running a business and has to turn a profit to stay open). As far as prices, they are competitive if not, better than area dealers. The difference between his cars and their cars, is that his cars come with a lifetime warranty that covers just about every moving part on the vehicle. If he does not have a vehicle in Stock at the time of your visit, go talk to him and he will do his best to find it.
