The dealer who helped us was great.
The dealer who helped us was great. But please do not trust the Finance department. It has been 2 weeks and my wife & I are sitting here waiting for the old car to be paid off making additional payments. Now we have to make double the payments. The dealer responded that they sent a regular mail and not willing or trying to help us track the check. So, we are stuck in ambiguity and the banks keep calling us everyday. I think it is unprofessional and not fair to be in this spot. Please make sure the finance department sends the checks overnight and I highly recommend paying extra for overnight proactively to avoid complications like this. Thank you and Good luck!

My tire lock bolt was not returned after my routine tune
My tire lock bolt was not returned after my routine tune up. I realized that I didn?t have my tire lock bolt when I returned two weeks later to replace my tire sensor. I finally got it back after contacting several times the dealership and learned that it wedged between my car seat and console. I suggest that all parts that need to be returned be placed in a bag and handed back to the customer.

Gabriel Pena was fantastic!
Gabriel Pena was fantastic!! Friendly helpful and patient ! As my husband and I purchased a new truck we made a mistake and needed to return it . Gabriel made the process to smooth and easy we were able to get in the right truck with out any hassles and everyone who needed to stay after hours and help did! They were all very nice and didn?t mind sticking around ! I would definitely recommend family and friends to go out and see Gabriel for any vehicle purchase!

Took my Chevy Malibu in for an oil changed .
Took my Chevy Malibu in for an oil changed .. service was really REALLY fast .. at first I was impressed but they really weren’t that busy.. and they did nothing .. no windshield wiper fluid no air in the tires and obvious checking pressure as all of my dash reminders are still telling me I have no wiper fluid and when I checked .. yup.. when I asked one of the device desk folks why my tire pressure was unchanged he lazily told me “that is normal” .. I would give zero stars if I could and will never get my oil changed there again. (Jiffy Lune has better service than this!! And cheaper!!). not at $95.. and now wondering if they actually changed the oil!!!

As is usually the case at Henna Service Department, Mark Poth and team went above and beyond to get my truck fixed in a timely manner. I called Mark late one afternoon to describe problem. He was pretty sure he knew what was wrong, but would need to confirm and check on parts availabilty. He called me the next morning to tell me parts were available bring the truck and they would get right on it, which they did. Truck was fixed by the next morning and I picked it up app. 24 hours after dropping it off. Kudos to the Henna Service Department.

jj In my opinion this is a classic example of Deceptive sales Practice at its best. I have spoken with three different salespersons at the Henna dealership. I first viewed the add off of the cars.com website. I still have the add. I originally contacted the dealership via phone with the add in hand. I spoke to a sales agent on Sept 4 who spent quite a bit of time going over the truck and my vehicle needs. I then was told it would be in on Friday the 13th but I could come in the on Friday 9-6-24 to do worksheet etc.. I expressed I was coming from 4 hrs. away. With photo in hand on my way to dealership I called via phone, and I was told salesperson is not in and neither is the truck. I was told to call on Monday of the following week 9-9. no response on Monday. Now on Friday 9-13-24 I call and I'm told ohh it will be 2 more weeks at that point I inquired wanting to do the deposit and at least whatever paperwork I could do, only to be told later by Christian, this is not what we advertised it's not a diesel which the add says it is. I was told sorry guess cars.com just screwed up. we don't use there add we use our add. I have spoken with 3 different salespeople and a written add and no one caught this after 1 long distance trip and a potential deposit. All he said is "he realizes its wrong but it's not his fault." THIS IS CLASSIC BAIT AND TRAP . In My Opinion accountability is a Serious issue, The Character of a person or business defines who they are. if most of us did this and responded like this we would be fired. It is truly a deceptive sales practice at best.
