2016 enclave
The attention I got here was more than I expected. Not pushy or aggressive at all but was still able to answer all my questions. Im very happy with my 2016 Buick Enclave. Highly recommend

Take to your mechanic first to get checked!
I live out of town so was hesitant to even purchase from a dealership not in my area. The deal was made over the telephone. Upon ariving the owner and sales person were very nice and appeared workable and even came down in price. Drove over an hour, was only able to test drive for about 5 minutes. I made a call asking basic call asking for basic information to provide me a comfort level before coming the distance. At that time I asked about a warranty and a 3 month warranty was offered for free. That made me feel as they were very customer oriented . Inside the office was a "decorative "faith" saying on the wall which made me think this was a place of integrity. When asking about the warranty it was then explained the discounted amount would not allow for the warranty. Hmmmm interesting. Signing the paperwork then indicated under the Description..Orig. sale price, reduced by XXX amount, for new price of XXX. Then written" this is to cover future maintenance, repairs or customizations customer chooses to have done. EX. oil change, new brakes / rotors, tires, ect. Guess what, two days later it did need ALL of that when the mechanic down in our town checked it out. BEWARE, integrity lacking for sure. They knew it needed this work so they really were not up and up. Very disappointed! Guess latter years had more satisfied customers according to the reviews.

Terrible experience
I went here because I had read good reviews but my experience was much different. I was going through a pretty rough time financially when I bought a car from them. I was very up front and just wanted them to be up front with me and let me know if there were any issues with the car or if anything might need replaced in the near future. I understand I was buying a used car so I wasn’t expecting to get a car with zero issues or that wouldn’t need some kind of work. They assured and reassured me that this was a great vehicle and was in great condition. I told them I was giving them all the cash I had for the down payment so I just didn’t want to be hit with an unexpected repair cost. A couple weeks go by and the brakes start squeaking and I find out the brake pads and rotors are shot and it was pretty late on an oil change. My mechanic also changed the cabin air filter and found mouse droppings, so they clearly don’t do any sort of basic maintenance before reselling these vehicles. My mechanic told me if they knew anything about cars and took the time to look they would have seen this. I called them to let them know I didn’t appreciate them telling me everything was great and ready to go and basically lying to me cause I now I’m in a tough spot having to try and replace these parts. Corey’s response was that “We aren’t mechanics and this isn’t a certified used car dealership”. He couldn’t even handle me being irritated at the situation I was in and hung up on me. They forced me to buy a warranty on the vehicle ,because I wouldn’t put more money down on the car but failed to give me the information for the correct company it was through. That was one screw up that worked out to my benefit because the car needs repairs. I wouldn’t trust them if they tell you everything is good or they checked the car over because apparently they have no idea what they are talking about or are too lazy to even check the cars out. You are most likely just buying someone else’s problems that they didn’t want to fix and these guys are there to make a profit on you. Of course they are nice and are patient with you, they know they about to scam you out of your hard earned money. Save yourself the money and stress and keep on driving.

Sonic
I bought a used sonic from here and within in a week I had to replace the catalytic converter and the the purg valve . I called the dealership and would not help me . So I had to pay to get it fixed and they knew this stuff was wrong with it . Within a day of getting the car the engine light came so I do believe they reset it when I bought it

Just purchased a very nice vehicle here. Jared mostly worked with me but the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. Ty the finance guy even arranged a lower interest loan than what I already had set up with my personal bank! I would come back here in a second if I was in the market for another used car.

I received a phone call from Jared who was very courteous I was at work and very busy because of his professionalism I decided to visit the lot to test drive what I thought would be a good car.... Jared through the proper conversation realized my need was gas mileage and the car I wanted initially had a V8. Im so happy he took the time out to find me a better car fingers crossed I will know tomorrow.

Great Experience
We purchased a used car for our daughter and the whole experience was great. Corey and Ty were so easy to work with. Never did we feel pressured to purchase the car and they worked with us to get a fair price. We would definitely go back to purchase future cars!
