I never in all my years would have thought that the

I never in all my years would have thought that the dealership would be the most cost effective and timely way to get my transmission rebuilt. Our Service Advisor Jackie Wiora went above and beyond yet again. Give that gal a RAISE!!!

Milo servhce customer service rep was very informative, keep me posted on the progress of the repairs. Provide excellent customer service. Appreciate thw rental while repairs compketed. I always use this location for service- travel from Drippibg Springs.

I like the level of service Maxwell provides. I called for service and had an appointment the next day as requested. Service was completed same day, communication was clear and concise. Thank to the service advisor and the tech working on my F250

Great service ! I went for oil change and they didn't push me to buy extra service which I didn't need at the time. Very honest staff 👏

The service department at this dealership is outstanding.

The service department at this dealership is outstanding. Very courteous and pleasant personnel annd excellent service; good communication with customers and very comfortable waiting room. My customer service person was Dillon Cole and he was top-notch. The service was also completed very timely. The only less complimentary thing I would say about the dealership itself, is that when I originally called, the person who answered the phone was seemingly totally disinterested in talking to me and answering any questions. You would have thought she didn’t care to have a job at all. It was quite offputting, but I really needed to take my car to a Ford dealership and it was the one closest to my house. They need to improve their front of house personnel so they do not turn off potential customers.
