Great

It was a very pleasant experience. Shaun was extremely helpful. I never felt pressured by either Shaun or Jose. I would recommend both to anyone.

Great experience so far ;-)

We worked with Jesse first, then Scott made us a great deal, worked with Jesse the next day about taking the vehicle out for the day to make sure it was a fit he accommodated all of our needs to make sure it was right for us. No one was pushy which I appreciated. Then when we decided to make the purchase they honered the original deal, we worked with Jeremy and then the finance person whom I think was Joshua but not sure. Our experience so far has been great!

Service

Quick, thorough, and efficient service department. Check in process took a short amount of time. Upon completion of the work service technician explained the work performed and gave me back a freshly washed truck. Thanks Patrick!

Great service as usual.

Great service writer. Julie reviews record and recommends service required at the visit. Calls if additional items are discovered that require attention. I have confidence that no unneeded service will be recommended.

Recall

Recall was done incorrectly the first time.got it right this time.still think for Recalls a vehicle should be allowed.i give a 2 because of 2nd time to get it Right.price gets a 5 because it was a recall. Thanks

Chad was awesome!

As usual, Chad went above and beyond. My mustang wouldn’t start on a Friday afternoon. I had it towed and by Saturday at noon he had me driving again. He goes the extra mile for his customers and I can’t say enough good things about him. He is a true asset to Mac Haik.

Not Mc Conaughey

I'm not Mathew McConaughey but I certainly get treated like he does! Pat and Sandy always keep me will informed of the details of the services necessary on my vehicle. They are friendly, professional and provide details of the problem, the fix and the cost, if any. It's nice to have a team that you can trust to give an honest evaluation of a problem. Great team!!

Oil change etc.

The service advisor was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Makes a bit difference to deal with someone so pleasant and knowledgeable. It was also,nice to have a Ladies only bathroom!
