Took care of Me

Val in the service department took real good care of me by fixing my truck quick and gave me a loaner to drive which is really the best way to take care of your clients

Trevor was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely nice, patient, and prompt. When my car had an A/C issue, I called the sales manager, Creighton, and he put me in touch with Trevor right away to get my car in to be repaired. They gave me a loaner and let me know that the repairs may take a week, but I had my car back in 2 days. Quick and friendly service!

2020 Edge Titanium

Contacted Mac Haik looking for a 2020 Edge Titanium. We were particularly looking for a Star White version. Within hours of looking on the website, Rob Bailey call me. He didn't have one, but said he would find one if it could be found. By the end of the day, he had located one at a sister dealership. At the dealership, we very quickly came to terms on price and trade-in value (that was a Friday). He promised the vehicle by Monday. Over the weekend, Rod sent the link to the credit app which was a breeze to complete and submit. Well, Monday came and went with a simple phone call to say that it would be in later that night, but with not enough time to detail the vehicle and close. NO BIG DEAL TO US. On Tuesday, he called and said, come and get it. Rod was assisted by Krista Dechow (she was very kind and welcoming). While I finished up a few odds and ends, Krista and my wife went over every option and the deal was done. Within an hour, the transaction was complete and we were on our way home with the new Edge. I could not recommend the Rod and Krista team more.

I Worked through the details over the phone and email. I appreciate quick responses to my questions. A fair valuation of my trade was provided and no additional sales tactics for extras after I told them I wasn’t interested. I felt like the understood my needs and weren’t pushy. One of the reasons I drove up from San Antonio vs using a local dealer.
