Excellent place!

Excellent place! The workers are so nice and friendly. This happened to be Halloween day that I had to get my new key fob programmed and a large amount of workers in the different departments dressed up!

I scheduled an oil change for 940 AM.

I scheduled an oil change for 940 AM. I was 10 mins late and it was very busy. Waited 40 more minutes to be checked in. Service advisor and staff did keep me posted on delay. I returned at 4pm and car was not yet started and there was some confusion locating it. I waited another hour for it to be completed. Service advisor Justin was honest and apologetic and comped my oil change due to the excessive wait time. I appreciated the honesty and why I am rating so highly and I will be back.
