Service

Things were done a relatively quick way, made an appointment and my vehicle went back right away! Still took about two hours but that?s not unusual I guess? Was hoping with an appointment it would be quicker? Nonetheless service was good

Had a maintenance last Tuesday with Art Alaniz. It was quick. Art was excellent(10). I recommend him to everyone.

The worst experience ever. Your staff has their head buried in the computers hoping not to make eye contact with the customer. The only female there was rude and gave a rude sigh when she was interrupted with whatever she was doing on the computer. It was a bother to her when we let her know glove box was left on passengers seat and she then managed to to do her job and called somebody to help The person who wrote down what we were there for never followed on hubcap that we requested pricing on. No need for follow up call. Don?t intend to go there again.
