It simply takes too long to get simple service.
It simply takes too long to get simple service. I was there for almost 3 hours to get an oil change, tire rotation, etc that I had pre paid when I bought my vehicle. I can get the same service elsewhere in less than 30 minutes. Very frustrating.

Waited 2-3 hours for oil change and tire rotation.
Waited 2-3 hours for oil change and tire rotation. After receiving the car, alignment was out. What happen to multi-point inspection? Didn't bring back the car until following week for an alignment. Took it in at 645am with an appointment,. Advisor told me that it would take couple of hours so I waited. Didn't leave dealership till close to 3pm. Following week, I had to get car towed to dealership because coil wasn't working correctly or defective or gave out and the vehicle wasn't running right. I was advised by service advisor that coil was covered by the extended warranty. It's been close to a week and i have not heard of the timeframe on when I will get by vehicle back. After 5 days, I should have idea on the progress, rather than chasing to get an answer. At this moment of time, I have no confidence with this dealership. If you get your tire rotated, please check all the lug nuts or you might be missing a few.
