No no and no! I will never in my life trust anyone

Im contacting an attorney if they dont refund me. When I pulled from the lot and put gas in, the gas leaked.I drove 30 minutes hom and a full talk went down to 3/4 of a tank. There I knw there was a problem. I let them know right away there was an issue with the car. I took it to ford who said I needed a ful pump. Dada sent a mechanic who said it was all fine. the machani told me that the car only went in revesre when he fixed it and that they put a new transmission in. he also told me that a belt in the car sounded like it was about to go out and if it did, the engine would lock up. a warning light was on but the mechanic told me there were not any issues. the car was not driving well and once again i had a full tanak and drove 10 miles home and it went to 3/4 tank of gas. i was leaving starbucks and the check engine light came on and 2 codes were on the screen. The car make squeaking noise and drove badly. I parked the car immediately and im pursuing a refund and to return this car. There is no way they didnt know that there were issues. Im now forced to buy a second car. I belive this car has 3-4 issues and it was sold under the guise that it was a good car. They even told me I didnt need to buy the extended warranty from endurance

Great experience

Very nice folks and great treatment. They went the extra miles for me. My car was a Toyota 4Runner and boy that SUV was tough. Will do business with again and refer friends for next car purchase. Thanks Joe.

Before I got home, my check engine light came on!

I bought an Explorer, and before I got home the check engine light came on. I notified Dada Auto and they told me I should check my gas cap. These vehicles are not even supposed to have gas caps. Two codes come up indicating bad 02 sensors or a problem with the cadilitic converter. It seems likely that the dealership reset the check engine light to sell a messed up vehicle. I notified the dealership of my intent to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. Dada Auto has refused to repair or assist with the vehicle in anyway. I recommend staying away from Dada Auto. I originally gave this place a great review, but that was before I drove home.

Very Rude and untrustworthy!

2 months ago my girlfriend and I purchased a 2007 GMC acadia from Dada auto. We were told it was in excellent condition. They lied to us. Within 2 weeks the transmission completely went out. We paid $8,000 CASH upfront. You would think they would’ve been eager to keep a cash paying customer happy with their car atleast for the first month, but no. They would NEVER call us back they told us to bring the car to them and they would fix it, so we dropped it off and they kept it for almost 3 weeks and every single day they would tell us “tomorrow”. We eventually realized it wasnt doing us any good trusting these people so we took the car to a transmission specialist and the repairs were quoted at $4,500! The rear drive shaft had been removed prior to purchasing it, plus the transmission had to be completely rebuilt. We took the bill from the repair shop to Dada’s to try and see if we could get some help with it and they yelled and screamed at my girlfriend and i. They literally will not listen to you when you want to speak. They only care about getting a check. Another thing that i find very strange is that they have a “bouncer” that they pay to keep things under control in situations like this. We had a heated argument which ensued from them totally disregarding the fact that they sold us a broken down car, they ignored the fact that we have a checklist of all vital parts of the car prior to purchasing and the transmission section stated that it was in “good shape”. Dada auto is not a place you want to spend your hard earned money. Trust me.
