Premier. Ohio

If I could I would give this facility 0. Return phone calls weren't made. I drove 4 hrs to get there. I did purchase a vehicle. Found out in the way home there was something wrong with the front end. As it turns out the brake, rotors and calipers were beyond ruined. Intermittent shaking. Didn't do it when I test drove it. They had to have known the front brakes were bad. Didn't disclose. I had a good experience here.

I was shopping for an old work truck and found he had a great selection of those plus some nice ones and a couple of newer ones as well. ALL of them were reasonably priced and well below book price. Go to kbb.com and see for yourself. Only reason I did not buy one here is I Bought my step dad's old work truck for $2000 and guess what? It has some cosmetic problems interior and exterior as well as needing a few things repaired and this is buying from family. You ain't gonna get a new vehicle for old junk prices. Prices and quality here are comparable to private owner prices without driving all over the place looking around.

Cars are either rusted or sitting on flat tires

I was told everything worked in emails. So I drove an hour to see the vehicles. Test drove the envoy the air/hear buttons were not functional. The expedition was not worth driving the whole bottom (next to running boards) was rusted out. The other vehicles there had same rust issues and a lot of vehicles were sitting on flat tires. Would not recommended mostly because he lied to me.

Love my Equinox

This place is great! Everyone there was so nice and very helpful. Their prices are reasonable and NO their cars are NOT junk. They took the time and answered all of our questions. Would absolutely do business with them again.

Very disappointed. Wasted Trip.

This car is in horrible condition. I drove down from 2 hours away after being told repeatedly the car was in great shape, just needed "a good cleaning". Even had financing setup and was ready to purchase. When I took it for a test drive, the car idled rough and almost quit. The check engine light was on so I took it to a local mechanic to read the codes. Code after code revealed bad engine valves. The car is below book value for a reason. It smelled of mildew and is ready to blow. Disappointed that I drove so far after being told it was in overall good condition.

Dealer response

That's not the case at all. Most used cars do have a engine light on.I have been in business for 14 years and know the difference between a good car and bad one.Sorry you was disappointed but it wasn't in brand new cond. She was a waste of my time.

Great place to buy for us

I do not write reviews but I will for roadside. We have bought from them twice and found them to be very honest friendly people - Yes we paid cash for our trucks but got great deals on truck that work very well. We recommend Roadside and will do business them again

Rude and useless

What kind of "dealer" doesn't finance? Aside from that, when I emailed, I get a four word response, indicating that they don't finance. Which is fine, but wouldn't a "dealer" who wants to sell a car be a bit more polite? How do they know that I don't have ten grand cash in my pocket at this very moment? Stupid move, " roadside" , extremely stupid....
