We had an excellent experience at Northway Automotive we were there to purchase a car for my son who’s this will be his first car and it was a really good experience. Tim was great. They were responsive. They laid everything out clearly and a car is just tremendous.

Where do I begin? I reached out to inquire about a Dodge Charger listed at $29,997. I submitted a respectful $20K offer—not expecting a “yes,” but maybe a counter or at least professionalism. Instead, I got a sarcastic, emotional essay from Timothy Zoll. When I calmly pointed out the unnecessary tone, he replied with a single letter: “K.” That one letter said it all—ego, immaturity, and a total lack of professionalism. If this is how Northway Automotive handles basic negotiation, I shudder to think how they handle real conflict. The kicker? I left a detailed review on Google. Within hours, a vague 5-star review magically appeared above mine. Curious timing. After reading dozens of similar 1-star reviews, many with equally defensive replies from management, it’s clear this isn’t a one-off—it’s a pattern. Northway doesn’t just sell cars; they sell delusion and damage control. I walked away without the car—but with clarity. You're not just buying a vehicle; you're inheriting the attitude of the person handing you the keys. And in this case? I want no part of it.

I had mixed feelings about my dealings with this

I had mixed feelings about my dealings with this dealership. There listing price does not include and expensive document fee or $600.00 or a $700.00 several year contract for a low jack they automatically put on your car. This made their pricing less competitive than I thought. They were busy while I was there, and the sales person was somewhat distracted with other buyers while working with me. They gave me a fair price on my trade in that aligned with another quote I received. When I left the dealership I discover one of the car remotes was not working. I was grateful when it only needed a battery. It did make me wonder how thoroughly they examined the car. They contacted me later stating they failed to apply my cash down payment to my sale and gave me the option to rectify it, all options seemed inconvenient and again concerning.

Was the best experience in the purchase of my son's first

Was the best experience in the purchase of my son's first vehicle. This was our first time at Northway. No delays in obtaining financing and the truck runs great. Took all of the used car worry out of the picture. Do no wonder about it just go and see for yourself. I would recommend Northway 100%.
