Having a Warranty and still gotta pay out of pocke

I wouldn’t recommend nobody to go to Jordan Ford .Whats the point of having and paying for a warranty and still gotta pay extra money for your car to get fixed .Its like you paying for a warranty for nothing and they always say your car was tampered with .This is ridiculous they try and get over on people and that’s not cool at all .

Attempted, over the course of several visits, to purchase a truck from Jordan Ford. They "accidentally" wrote paperwork for over sticker, proposed a usurious lease (despite good credit), and engaged in old-fashioned high-pressure sales tactics while insisting their "menu pricing" didn't allow negotiating of any kind. If you're lucky, sales manager Steve will give you a condescending, rambling lecture about how asking for a $500 concession is disrespectful and they're treating you like "family". Go in with your guard up.

Bought a 2009 Mercedes SL 63 AMG in July 2020. Larry did a great job working with me to get the deal structured and finished. I had planned to have an independent delivery company bring the car to Alabama, but they were far too slow, not Jordan Ford's fault. So I decided to fly to San Antonio, Tx and drive the car home. What I was not told was that Jordan Ford has two locations in San Antonio, TX. I went to the address on the bill of sale which was the incorrect location. I also was not provided a warranty of any kind although the original bill of sale stated that there would be a 90 day warranty. Disappointing. So far I've spent over $700.00 on repairs found on the drive home. My main concern and warning to potential buyers is the inept title department for Jordan Ford. It took them over a month to mail me the title after I paid for the car. Be prepared to wait, wait and wait for your title. I recommend this dealership but warn you that you won't get a warranty if you don't live in San Antonio, TX and it will take forever to get a title so you can properly register the vehicle. Just be prepared for both issues.

Best Attitude = Best Dealership

My wife and I are both disabled. It’s difficult to go to a dealership and get in/out of cars, and to walk the lot. Jordan Ford was THE ONLY dealership in the area that brought vehicles to our house. They got us the right car, great financing, and made our purchase so easy. I highly recommend this great Ford dealership in Live Oak (Northeast San Antonio)

Stay away from this place

Under NO circumstances should anyone ever take their Ford here for maintenance or use them to purchase a vehicle. On August 5th we took our 2013 Ford Escape to them because we though there was an issue with the turbo. They ran a diagnostic check, which cost $140 at which point they told us that the turbo needed to be replaced at a cost of over $3,000. We considered other options like trading in the vehicle or fixing it and selling it out right, so they made several hard inquiries into our credit in an effort to sell us another Ford. We ultimately decided that we were going to fix the turbo and but did not agree with how much the cost of the repair should be so we decided to take the car to another shop in San Antonio that I have used many times in the past. The shop then ran their own diagnostic check at no charge to us and FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH THE TURBO!! They tried several times to see if they could create an error and they could not. Either everyone at Jordan Ford is incompetent or they are unethical liars. I think it’s probably a combination of the two. This kind of unethical rip-off culture starts with the management allowing and probably encouraging this type of behavior. Not only did they try to get over $3000 out of us for a repair that was not needed they also lowered our credit score by making several hard inquires when we were considering buying a new vehicle based on the lies that were told to us by the service department Do yourself a favor San Antonio consumers and avoid Jordan Ford at all costs. This company should not be allowed to operate a business that will lie and deceive to try to get hard earned money out of customers. They will be reported to the better business bureau as well as having this review added to several social media platforms. I do not want anyone else to have to deal with this company. They don’t even deserve one star

2020 HS Senior Graduation Purchase

Very pleased I took a chance on Jordan Ford to make my daughter's surprise graduation vehicle purchase so special and fun! Facilities are great, along with ease of location and most especially ease of viewing vehicles on the lot. An overcrowded lot and hard to find parking spaces always start the buying process off with stress. Our assigned seller Lee understood who the vehicle was for and directly starting talking to her and making her feel like a young adult capable of picking her own color and acknowledging which vehicle drives well for her. Very impressive and a parent couldn't have asked for better service. Now as far a upfront price and ease of financials and purchasing, it was actually better than my Lincoln experience, even without any muffins or cup of espresso. A purchase order was forwarded as we thought over the car that cited bottom line price, and once we purchased, my daughter was taken around the service department and given an in-depth overview of her new vehicle. Again, as impressive and in some regards more impressive than the Lincoln luxury experience. Bravo Jordan Ford and I look forward to the great customer service for my daughter as she gets her new EcoSport serviced and when she stops in to buy new car silliness with the points on her Ford Owners App!

Great Service Team

I have dealt with Adrian Logan over the years and I will never go to anyone else to service my Explorer. I bought it from Jordan because I trust that they will take care of my car when they have it and not try to sell me things I don't need as well as tell me the stuff that is important. Disappointed Potential Customer

Been working with salesman for three days on the price and warranty on a truck. Last day talking deal in the evening right before closing talk manager got good price and warranty. Went home that night feeling good. Came back next before opening of the store and was informed the truck was sold. My salesman informed me they do not hold trucks for anybody. Left disappointed about, but had other truck options available that day to review. Went second dealership and got a call from my salesman at Jordan Ford that the truck was not sold and guy was coming today to sign paperwork. So second salesman lied to my salesman about the truck being sold and held a truck for guy when their policy is not to hold trucks. I thought that was unethical for the second salesman to do it to my salesman when he new my salesman was working on a deal. So overall rating for this dealer is 1 STAR AND IF UP TO ME I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STAR. My salesman customer service was Excellent!!!

Friendly and Fast

These guys were able to get min in and out in a matter of a couple of hours. I needed the transaction to be fast and they were able to accommodate my needs. I especially liked that I felt they were fair on my trade in and didn't drag me through a bunch of negotiation.
