I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level

I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received from Jordan Ford. I had expected a much higher standard of professionalism, especially when it comes to honoring warranty commitments and basic customer service. To date, the dealership has failed to honor the warranty agreement that came with my vehicle. Despite multiple attempts to get the issue addressed, I have been met with repeated delays, vague responses, and, most frustratingly, a complete lack of follow-up communication. I have called and left several voicemails and messages requesting resolution, yet not one call has been returned or a resolution offered. I was forced to spend excessive amounts of money to accommodate my needs. This is not only unprofessional—it shows a complete disregard for your customers' time, concerns, and personal finances. Additionally, the overall customer service experience has been nothing short of hideous. The staff I’ve interacted with have shown little interest in resolving the issue and provided no clear timelines or accountability. My interest in purchasing a vehicle was met with no follow-up. I had to contact them. I also called to schedule a service and service representative that took the call was disrespectful while speaking with me. This kind of treatment is unacceptable from any business, especially one that claims to value its customers.

I was referred from Cars.

I was referred from Cars.com for a specific vehicle. Received excellent Service from Jerry Escobedo, Suleiman Ebrahim and Michael Ford in the Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales department.

I took my F250 in for oil change and tire rotation.

I took my F250 in for oil change and tire rotation. In the years I've had this truck not once did it require additional oil this time it did. However my main objection is when I got the truck back the tires were low. Now maybe I'm wrong but I assumed that if you're rotating the tires that you would have them at the correct air pressure when you were finished. I call this unacceptable. And most likely will not return to Jordan Ford.

I had warranty work completed Jan 2024 and the technician

I had warranty work completed Jan 2024 and the technician broke my consol. I showed the service managers who promised to get it replaced and make it right. It's been 8 months and they have blown me off and haven't honored their word to fix it and make it right.I have completely lost faith in this dealership. Heed my warning, Do Not trust this dealership with your vehicle. Their technicians do not care about your vehicle.

A Disgraceful Display of Deception: Jordan Ford

A Disgraceful Display of Deception: Jordan Ford Dealership's Shameful Tactics I cannot express enough my utter disappointment and frustration with the abysmal treatment I received at Jordan Ford Dealership. I am a veteran whose recent attempt to purchase an SUV from this establishment turned into a nightmare of deceit and manipulation, leaving me questioning the integrity of the entire operation. Upon calling the dealership, I was greeted by a seemingly amiable salesman who appeared eager to assist me with purchasing a vehicle I found online. Little did I know, I was about to be subjected to a disgraceful display of unethical behavior that would leave a sour taste in my mouth for days to come. I expressed my interest in a particular SUV, only to be informed by the salesman that the vehicle was currently in service and therefore unavailable. I told the salesman that I didn't need financing, that I wanted to pay cash and asked that he run the numbers on my trade in. I even went so far as to send photos and my vin at his request. Understandably disappointed, I reluctantly accepted the information and said I would wait until the following day when he said the SUV would be available. However, my disappointment quickly turned to disbelief when I later discovered that the very same SUV I had expressed interest in buying, in fact, was available for purchase despite being in service. It became apparent that the salesman had misled me, either out of incompetence or, more alarmingly, as a result of unethical business practices. I was told "a repeat customer who purchases cars regularly" purchased the vehicle while it was in service. When I asked the manager to rectify the highly shady situation, I was told there is nothing they could do. This reprehensible behavior is not only unethical but downright deceitful. As a customer who was ready and willing to make a purchase, I deserved transparency and honesty, neither of which I received from Jordan Ford Dealership. Instead, I was met with blatant deception and manipulation, leaving me feeling betrayed and taken advantage of. It is unconscionable that a reputable dealership would resort to such underhanded tactics to secure a sale. This blatant disregard for customer trust and satisfaction speaks volumes about the lack of integrity within Jordan Ford Dealership. If this is how they treat their customers, I shudder to think of the other questionable practices they may engage in behind closed doors. In conclusion, I urge prospective car buyers to steer clear of Jordan Ford Dealership. Their shameful tactics and lack of integrity are a disgrace to the automotive industry, and I refuse to support a business that prioritizes deceit over honesty. Save yourself the headache and heartache, and take your business elsewhere.

Dan Emrie and Steve were amazing at Jordan Ford, San Antonio! Best experience buying a vehicle I’ve ever had!! They did everything/anything I asked for to get the sale completed and made the experience actually enjoyable. Almost like buying a vehicle from your best friends. If you need a vehicle, and want to work with people who actually care about you and your needs, go see these guys at Jordan Ford. I’ll only do deals with Dan and Steve from here on out.

Giving Ford a bad name.

Giving Ford a bad name. MILITARY STAY AWAY THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HELP YOU. YOU WILL BE OVER CHARGED!!!! My wife who is an active duty service member, wife, purchased a 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E from Jordan Ford on 9/29/23. She got approved by Ford Financing for 0% financing for 60 months, which was awesome. She went and saw the Mustang and fell in love. We sat down to do the paperwork and were first explained about the lease options and then purchase options. It was explained that since we bought our trade-in out of state, that they would have to tax us for the full price of the Mustang instead of only taxing us the difference between the trade and the selling price of the Mustang. Stating it is Texas law that the trade-in has to be purchased here in Texas for a person to only be taxed the difference between the trade-in and the price of a car. It sounded weird but we are not from here and thought it was maybe true(THIS IS TOTALLY FALSE A PERSON IS NOT TO PAY THE FULL SALES TAX ON SALE THAT HAS A TRADE-IN SINCE THEY ARE ONLY CHARGING YOU THE DIFFERENCE). So with that information and seeing I was not saving money on the taxes we went with the lease option we were presented with. This seemed a little better, the monthly payment was less plus they told us that Ford was giving us a credit on the lease for the taxes so there weren’t any due until we decided to purchase it at the end of the lease(THIS WAS A LIE I CALLED FORD CREDIT AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO BROKE DOWN ALL THE LEASE CHARGES INCLUDING THE HIDDEN ONES THEY DIDN’T TALK ABOUT AT THE DEALERSHIP). After looking at the paperwork the next day. I noticed that although the lease was cheaper monthly we were going to be paying over 8,000 more for the lease option instead of financing it. I went back to the dealership and they did make that right and reversed the lease and let us finance the Mustang instead. It was very misleading and we honestly felt pressured and led into the lease option, as it was explained that it would mean that we would have to come back for another car. During the process of filling out the paperwork, we also explained that we are not residents of the state of Texas. My wife who purchased the car solo and who is an active-duty service member, home of record is in a different state. We were told that they had to collect taxes here still even though the car was to be titled in her state of residency (WE DID LEARN THAT THIS WAS ALSO A LIE). They titled the car to Texas anyway. This gets better! So this past Friday we a call saying our plates were there and for us to pick them up. The Mustang broke down for the second time since had it (brand new by the way) the following Monday so while getting the car checked in I went and pick up the plates. I see them they are TEXAS PLATES!!!! I explained to them that I was assured that the car would be titled in our state of residency since we are not residents of Texas and would only be here for a few months. They apologized again and said they would get it fixed. So what did they do??? The took those TEXAS plates and mailed them to our home of record!!!!!! The car is sitting in there on the lot, not able to be driven and they mailed the plates to the home of record!!!! I called them immediately and this is the response that I was given. “Mr. & Mrs. 1:01 PM (1 hour ago) I do apologize for the inconvenience, all of the paperwork and titling was signed for Texas titling and the permanent Texas plates have already been issued. If you were to want to title this vehicle in Ohio you would need to take the buyers order which you have a copy of along with the Texas plates and registration to a DMV office in Ohio to have them transferred for Ohio titling.” (this was edited to remove names)

Worst customer service

Made an appointment for oil service. Upon arrival was told it would be at least 3 hours before I could have it completed! Why bother with appointments if it takes this long. I also went with a friend of mine who wanted to buy a new car. Salesman was so rude! We left n went to another dealer, drove off in a brand new car. Can’t wait to sell mine so I’ll never come back to do business here…

Stay away from Jordan Ford

Bought a 2022 new F250 already have A/C issues. Been into Ford service twice without them fixing it ! Run away from Jordan Ford . The service is horrible!! Stuck without a truck and no one to fix it
