As of today 12/10/24, not happy at all with Service

As of today 12/10/24, not happy at all with Service Manager response that Cadillac warranty would not cover a paint chip that is between 1/8th to a max of 1/4th of an inch in diameter that peeled off from the passenger side front door on my 2024 XT4 with less than 3k miles and almost just 1 year old. Service Manager stated that Cadillac would not even look at it unless it was a larger chip??? I informed him that was what I was trying to avoid, correct it now that's very small. Waiting what the dealership's response is as I wrote directly to to the management of this concern. If they do correct this issue on a warranty claim I'll gladly write a positive review. I've been a customer here for a long time and have purchased other more expensive vehicles and have never had any issues with their Service Department. Hopefully they make it right and keep this customer or not.

I have bought 10 vehicles in the last 10 yrs, 9 have been new. No telling how many in my adult lifetime (I’m 80 yrs old). In short, I’m not new to buying cars/trucks. KBC is 1 of only 2 dealerships that in each contact I felt they truly wanted me to feel comfortable & confident. And I was! I actually feel I have friends in the dealership!

I have been a Ken Batchelor customer since 2006 and recently purchased my seventh vehicle. Every sales or service experience has been met with total professionalism and excellent customer service. They are a great dealership to do business with.

Ken Bachelor

Cars were hard to come by but bought new XT6 that had brake issues that cadillac wasn't going to address for 6 months. Our only choice was to pay 10000 more for another that arrived. Only had 1st car 6 weeks.sales manager said they would make it right and his idea was the 10000 more. Will be our last cadillac

I was interested in a CT5-V V series Blackwing.

I was interested in a CT5-V V series Blackwing. Upon a reply email I asked why it was priced so low. The next day (same inventory number) it was priced $30k higher . Just a typical bait and switch. Oh well, so that was my experience. I said in my return email that I was not flying 2000 miles for a bait and switch, so I guess I called their bluff.

Service department unsatisfactory

Extremely dissatisfied with their service department. I had scheduled an appointment online for Friday, April 8. There was no indication that the service department was closed, and even received a confirmation email for my appointment. Well, they were closed, and I was not the only one there. I was going to get my first oil change since I was going out of town for the weekend and my indicator message came on. Very disappointed, since I had to go to an oil change place to get it done and figure out how to reset my indicator message to 100% oil life. Not satisfied with Ken Batchelor.

I was in search of a very specific used vehicle regarding...

I was in search of a very specific used vehicle regarding the exterior and interior. Combine those requests with the requirement of a certain drive type so I could tow it behind my RV and my choices near home were non-existent. I did a nationwide search and found exactly two vehicles that met my "wants and needs". One at Ken Batchelor in San Antonio and another at a dealership in Nashville TN. I began email contact with both. Robert Black at Ken Batchelor was very prompt to answer my questions. He also was able to negotiate a very fair deal for my trade value along with the purchase of the used vehicle I was interested in. He gave me an "out the door" price which is always how I shop for a vehicle so there are no surprises in finance with this or that "fee". We worked the deal all via email. My wife and I made the 700 + mile trip to San Antonio with the appointment to pick up the vehicle at 9:00AM on a Monday morning. We got there about 8:30. We were greeted friendly and asked if we had any other questions. We did a quick test drive and the vehicle was exactly as described. We stepped right into finance and all the paperwork was ready. In and out of finance in about 15 minutes. I was a little worried about working a "deal" completely over email and phone but Ken Batchelor Cadillac eased the concern by providing a full Carfax and the inspection report from when the vehicle arrived on site. I highly recommend you consider giving Ken Batchelor Cadillac a chance to earn your business next time you are shopping for a used vehicle (or new). I am confident you won't regret it. My wife and I have purchased 25 vehicles over the past 25 years both new and used. Our experience with Robert and Ken Batchelor Cadillac was the easiest and least stressful of them all.

I baught a 2018 precertified ats march 2021, that was not...

I baught a 2018 precertified ats march 2021, that was not certified . When I took car in for service to done, I was given excuse and excuse on delays. My trade in was at a show which employees over looked so it was car was move to inpound whom they Blame me for it . IT took 2wks before ester luna finally called me . Instead of completing the deal i was threaten that the loaner car would be reported stolen since i had it too long(30+days) thats because i was waiting for my ats whick k.batchlor still had in there shop. ESTER LUNA PER THE ONLY CALL WE SPOKE SHE DECIDED TO UNWIND THE LOAN, I ASK WHAT IS THAT SHE EXPLAINED AND NOW THEY HAVE THE LOANER OVER A WEEK AND BECAUSE I HAVNT HAD A CHANCE TO PICK UP MY 10K DWN PYMNT AND TRADE IN , NATHAN MGR IS AGAIN THREATEN TO CHARGE ME SOME TYPE OF FEES PER SOME TX LAW .. very unprofitional attitudes , deeply regret doing business with ken batchelor cadillac. My purchase march 16.'2021 ' was un wound per ester the GM who refused to honor repairs on a certifies ats and het managers are accusing me of unwinding the loan 'which I had never heard of. IVE return the loaner car that nathan mgr THREATEN to report stolen . Per his email and GM email threats to charge me for the delay of there paper work 'again met there demands by showing up with the POLICE AND THE check was the wrong amount for my dwn paymnt which Nathan mgr saif would take two hours to redo and said my trade in is in DALLAS which I was previously told my car and dwn payment was waiting for me. Its been over two months 052521 I still have not been given my 10k dwn pymnt and Jaguar trade in back. Very shady business practice filled with lies..

Simply unparalleled customer service and personal caring. Owner of a second KB cadillac and Im consistently amazed at their tremendous professional and competent service department. KB washed the under carriage of my XT5 after a skunky roadkill event. Who does this!!?? No questions asked. Unbelievable. WOW. Im a customer for life. The ‘KB’ experience is vastly superior to any other Texas Cadillac dealership.
