Nate was a new sales person at this dealership when I purchased my 2011 Mustang. Nate is a very dedicated, professional, corteous and pleasent individual which show that his only goal is not only to sell cars but to please the customer in the process. He was very helpful during the preliminary negosiations and a great help at the time of closing the transaction, he helped me get the best price possible and was instrumental in getting some accessories as part of the final deal. Choosing Northside Ford and Nate Pierson is a "no brainer", together, they will get you the best deal possible as they did for me and will shower you with after sale courtesies and service.

This dealership and Charles bent over backwards to get me a car. My credit was not good, but they managed to put me in a brand new 2011 Ford Focus. They went out of their way to get me financed, even the interest is high, but that I had to accept, that was not their fault. Good job. Linda Schuk

This was my second car purchase in last 2 years at Northside. Fantastic experience. Was able to surf net to look at inventory, pre-select cars of interest, set up appointment to test drive,etc. No pressure, and able to beat estimated prices by both USAA and Edmunds. Highly recommend the internet sales site and staff.

Danny won me over when I was very skeptical of the overall dealership name since I had a terrible experience with with another manufacturer but same dealer family. I was very straight telling him I probably would not buy from them. He asked to give him the opportunity. Everything that Danny said was straight and to the point no pressure while helping me get the best price possible. Let me begin by saying, that this was by far the easiest purchase of a vehicle that I have ever made. I have been thinking about purchasing a new truck for some time now, mainly for business and travel. I visited six dealerships in search for the perfect SUV and had narrowed my choices down to a ford. Toni made me feel at ease from the very beginning which immediately I liked. I test drove the expedition and immediately knew this was my next vehicle. Toni knew I was in a hurry as I had other obligations to attend to and immediately began the process of evaluating my trade in vehicle. It was not long before an offer was made on the trade in and the new vehicle. Ron the finance guy promptly explained the rebates and off we went. Upgrades were offered and I decided on the leather package. After a little more negotiation a deal was struck. Toni was likeable and friendly, but not overbearing. At no time did I ever feel pressured by Toni and after many bad experiences at dealerships in the past; I truly appreciate the professionalism and expediency with which my purchase was treated. Great job, love the Expedition and can't wait to see the new leather package!!!

Curtis made the entire car-buying experience very quick and easy. I requested a quote online, and he got back to me immediately with prices and times I could test drive a car. Once I found the perfect car, we discussed pricing, where I ended up receiving an even better price than I ever expected to get. The process was very quick, and my car was available for pick up within a few days with added decals. Curtis also helped me get an outstanding price on my trade in.

I enjoyed my experience at Northside Ford. My sales representative was Rowdy Huff. Rowdy is about meeting the customer's needs first and making the sale second. I was very upside down in my car and Rowdy did the best he could to put me in a new car with the confidence of knowing that I will have a warranty and still make comfortable payments on the new car. Northside Ford has a valuable asset in Rowdy Huff!

It was accidental, in a way, that I ended up at NS Ford. However, from the minute I met Richard and let him know straight-out my expectations and guidelines, the deal remained as professional and straight-forward. About to enter a new workforce, I needed a reliable vehicle that met my needs and budget. Richard realized soon that the initial vehicles we were looking at were not meeting these needs, and took the extra time to find a vehicle that might profit him less, but me more. That, to me, told me that the people who worked to support that deal, as well, Jerry & Carl, were also more centered on customer service than on picking-up an extra buck for the present.
