When I dropped my 2015 IS350 off on a Friday for service, I never expected that I’d have a new car by Monday but that’s exactly what happened. Gregory made buying a new car feel less stressful. I've bought two cars from this Lexus dealership; one certified and one new and both times the customer service can't be beat. We went on a Saturday, late morning and we were out of there (with lunch)! by mid afternoon (paperwork signed)...just waiting for tint and special coating to be applied to interior and exterior...Went home took a nap and picked up new car by 615! Ren was great too; he worked his magic to get us best Lexus incentives and rates. Gregory and Ren turned my opinion of car shopping from a dreadful experience into a positive one. I highly recommend this dealership!

We loved the 2021 UX250h that we purchased here 1 1/2 years ago; however, it was just a little too small. We were so happy with NP Lexus sales, as well as service after the sale before, that we went back for our replacement. We worked with David Cantu previously in 2021, and looked him up for our new purchase. David is a pleasure to work with; professional, courteous and answered any and all questions. We ended up purchasing a Copper Crest 2023 RX350. The new car is great! Also, have to give a hat-tip to Victor and Andrew in Finance for their assistance in finalizing the transaction. Five stars to all! Fantastic operation, gang!

On Saturday February 4th I visited the North Park Lexus dealership in San Juan TX. The reason I visited this deal was to possible purchase a used car. I was assisted by Malik Awan a cerified sales and leasing consultant employed by the dealership. I had a number of questions related to the specific vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Mr. Awan was exceptional helpful in assisting obtain the answers to the questions I had. Eventhough the vehicle I was looking at was not a Lexus M. Awan was very knowledgable about the vehicle. He was very helpful in my conducting a complete inspection of the vehicle and we took the vehicle for a test drive. Mr. Awan explained the key aspects of the inspection completed by the dealership mechanics and why the vehicle was advertised "AS IS" on the dealership website. While I declined to purchase the vehicle I was impressed with the customer service provided by Mr. Awan. If the opportunity arises to purchase a new vehicle in the future North Park Dealerships will be on the top of the list for consideration. Thanks to Mr. Awan patience and professionalism he made my 500 mile round trip pleasurable.

I went to North Park Lexus of San Antonio in January 2022 and purchased my first Lexus. The experience was amazing!! My sales person was Jamie- he was very friendly and honest. He shared great information about the car, gave us a tour, and made sure to share that their were no crazy dealer fees. I also worked with Victor in finance and he was extremally patient and kind. At the end, we spent time with Thomas to go over all the bells and whistles of our purchase and he was quite thorough and personable. I really enjoyed my time at the dealership and that is the first time I have been able to say that about buying a car. I will definitely send all family and friends.

I bought my first Lexus back in 2015 with Nikki Sample, she made the process very easy and we completed everything prior to my arrival so all I had to do was sign and drive away. She follows up afterwards and made sure I had no issues. Fast forward to 2023, I sold my Lexus and bought another one, with Nikki of course. Hands down recommend her to all my friends and family.
