Let me just by saying that Kia of Wilmington service
Let me just by saying that Kia of Wilmington service representatives are rude’ nasty and dishonest ! I have bought 3 cars from them, with the the latest purchase being a 2023 Kia forte GT Line that was purchased on October 10 of 2022.the service and upkeep of my car has been my # 1 priority ! I took my car into have service done for 2 sheared Lug nuts, 1 on the passenger and 1 on the driver side back tires’ I was told that to replace those 2 sheared Lug nuts would be $400.00 dollars ! Kia of Wilmington had my car for a total of 2 days ! Kia of Wilmington then sent me a message saying that (ALL OF MY LUG NUTS WERE CEASED) and that the certified Kia of Wilmington manic refused to do the work, because they were afraid to break something ???(the certified manic) ? The service department refused to allow me to speak with the macanic’s, so I took the liberty to stop by the garage myself ‘ upon interning the Kia of Wilmington garage, I was met with a very strong Oder of marajaun !! I talked with Joey the manic who emphatically told me that ( HE) was not able to remove any of the Lug nuts, because they were all ceased ! After a lengthy conversation with (Joey) he agreed to re- xxxxx my car another 2 day ! I then received a message from (Mike) the service representative at Kia of Wilmington, attached to this message was an $7000.00 repair estimate ?? They changed a $400.00 job into a $7000.00 job in a blink of an eye, also I just spoke with the supervisor for the sales department, who basically told me to xxxx off !! He told me to take my car elsewhere ! I will never ever buy another car from Kia period !!! They are livers and con men who only cares about how many cars they can sell !! After you purchase, on your on and GOD forbid there is a problem with your car after purchase because they are going to ROBB & LIE to you !! I have lost any trust that I may have had when this dealership( KIA OF WILMINGTON) !

No hassle purchase with upfront pricing provided. Kia of Wilmington is so easy to work with and this is my second car purchase from them for that reason. I have two Kia dealerships that are much closer to my house but it’s worth the 40 minute drive to Kia of Wilmington.

I went yesterday 6/5/24 and returned back never to visit your dealership again. Raphael's sales pitch and customer service for just those few minutes made me strongly feel that I am wasting my precious time on a worthless cause even though I liked the model, no value for my money there!!!
