Nice looking dealership didn’t make the trip wife decided

Nice looking dealership didn’t make the trip wife decided she didn’t wanna buy yet so maybe later, but we have bought from them before and it was a pleasant experience. It’s just the Gillman in Houston that I buy my truck from was worthless because it was supposed to be certified, and there were so many things broken on it that the Honda dealership in Austin said you did say this was certified right? Thank goodness I didn’t have to pay anything out-of-pocket.

I came in due to my lease being up, glad I got to work

I can't say enough about our experience buying a

I can't say enough about our experience buying a certified pre-owned outback yesterday. Our sales consultants, Ismael and Dina were terrific. They answered all our questions and never made us feel rushed. Took time to explain all the features and had our vehicle sparkling and road ready at pick up. Great job!

TJ is outstanding. Superior service in ensuring ease of side-by-side comparison of different vehicles. No pressure, pure service that never seemed like an imposition. Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. Pilot was taken 4 different times and misdisagnosed. Every time it was taken back it was a new issue under the same code. Tried to follow up with advisor and instead of looking into issue and seeing what happened I was given a printout of "Honda's contributions" and they claimed the starter work was done as "a courtesy to the extended warranty". This was a blatant lie as it was covered due to the start/stop lawsuit. Spent $1200 on a high-pressure fuel pump only to come back under the same code for them to now say it's the fuel rail system. Did not take any accountability for what an obvious misdiagnosis on their end. Used the code showing to justify a high cost repair and once that didn't fix it ordered another high cost repair and expected the customer to be accountable for their misdiagnosis. I would advise anyone with a woman in their life they care about to not take their vehicle here. Terrible experience and the same problems exist after spending thousands with this dealership. I considered taking this to civil court but the amount of time/effort and lost wages would not make any recovery worth it. Dishonest and disingenuous.

I tried this already. Do you remember the response you sent me? None of my concerns were addressed. I was simply given a printout of the work done and was told that due to "Honda's contributions" and the "free rentals" we were given there was nothing that could be done. The extended warranty work that was done as a "courtesy" as your dealership claimed was a misleading statement and not factual. That work was done due to a service bulletin as part of the start/stop lawsuit settlement agreement (Service bulletin 23-009). Also claiming "free rentals" were given when we know that is baked in the cost of repairs is not genuine at all. All I wanted was for someone to take the time and effort to look into the matter and if that was done it is clear as day it was a misdiagnosis. Mistakes happen but putting that on the customer and sending misleading statements to justify not taking accountability is bad business. We were treated like we wanted a handout when all we wanted is the car diagnosed and repaired correctly. Instead of this being addressed I was told Honda "contributed" X amount to the repair which wasn't a free service it what was obligated due to a settlement agreement. If we are ready to discuss a real solution you guys have my number.

Tariq Kassam and his dealership treated my car emergency

Tariq Kassam and his dealership treated my car emergency like it was there own. I provided my expectations and they honored them - FAST! I was referred by a friend for my unexpected need to purchase and Tariq delivered; no haggling or surprises. Such a relief. Ricky Dominguez, Finance Mgr, is awesome as well!
