Jake took time to review all the vehicle's features but

Jake took time to review all the vehicle's features but wasn't pushy. He even helped me synch my phone after I purchased the car before leaving the lot!

I have few issues here , when I got my Ascent brand new

I have few issues here , when I got my Ascent brand new pre ordered coming whit some defective parts, I'm upgraded the interior light for a LED , I have to wait a year on don't changed my Maps light I'm still waiting.

I enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff and Ehab

I enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff and Ehab especially, he was very accommodating. Even though we had to stay a long time because of some paperwork, Ehab was very nice and gave up his evening to serve us, which I was very thankful for.
