Good Service
For the most part the experience was good, but maybe Service Dept should have their own phone number so you do not have to go thru the switch board. Chris was very helpful, and the shuttle drivers, although not the regular was great.

Honest Customer
I would like to recognize your service manager "Chris" especially. I'm sure he has been commended before but I have to say with all my dealings with your Company he has stood out as a model for Customer Service. Even though my dealings ran into some negativity with the Spark plug fiasco and the Rear end replacement that was unnecessary I do not blame the dealership but I do blame Ford Motor Co. for sticking it to the customers for spark plug replacement that is no way a customers fault or dealers fault. Ford just made a poor product and screwed all the customers who bought one. I have been a loyal Ford PU Truck customer since 1978 but sadly will never by another. Your bright spot is your service and "Chris" in particular, don't let this man slip away. Promote him and give him a raise he deserves it.

This was the best service appt we have had here. there were enough front desk service people and all was done in 1 hr 10 mins which is far better than previously. and they remembered the car wash.

Awesome truck!
F150 super crew. Service was great! Interest on my loan sucked! It should have been less than 3.5% instead it was 8.9% or something whacked out like that. Not happy about it! But I love my Ford and that's what I've mostly driven all my life. And the folks at Valley Ford are great! Maybe they refinance me to a 3% or lower or no interest just because I am a Ford man!

Repair windshield wiper arm assembly
I received very professional and courtious service. I travel 100 miles to Valley Ford rather then go to a dealership in my home town. The employes are all friendly and I trust them with my vehicle.

Excellent service experience.
The service department staff was very helpful and friendly. They were able to "fit me in" even though I did not have an appointment to replace my Explorer's dead battery. Other than the battery needed to be retrieved from another location, which took some additional time, the required service was performed flawlessly and without any other issues.
