Honest: in sales and service

I am not a person to 'haggle', I didn't have time to sit and wait. I gave Darren Poth what information he needed, what color I wanted in a truck, when I got off work I came to pick up my new truck, I couldn't be happier. Thanks to everyone involved

great customer service

My appt. was scheduled to a time that was convenient for me. I was waited upon quickly. The waiting area was clean an comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that my estimated wait was shorter an my vehicle was checked out in great shape.

Pleasant as possible

The sale went very well. The sales person was honest and accurate with his answers. If he did not know he found someone who did. An area that seems to create some anxious moments are the transitions from post sales to service.

Great Salesman - Darren Poth!

My salesmen Darren Poth directed me to service with a small issue with my car. He was very professional and kind as always as we have bought two vehicles from him, and sent others to him as well. He is a top notch salesman that makes you feel comfortable with all your transcations at the dealership. The service team fixed the problem, and Darren handled getting it all processed.

2016 Chevy Colorado LT Crewcab

Ryan Faglie is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. We have been back to the dealership several time as we think of new questions to ask and Ryan always makes it seem like he is waiting for us to come in so he can help us more. Over the years we have special-ordered three vehicles and been very happy each time. The dealership is thirty miles from our home and we have a Chevy dealership about a mile from our house, yet we drive to Chuck Nash in San Marcos because of the People, value and service there.
