First of all, McClain was a excellent sales person.

First of all, McClain was a excellent sales person. Was looking into buying a new CX5. I was going to trade my 2019 Nissan Pathfinder with 66,000 miles. Was offered the KBB instant cash offer of $14,273 for my vehicle. Grady is the brain dead manager that made this offer. He said carfax showed no oil changes and a wreck. I was a mechanic for 26 years. I change my own oil every 3500 miles and air filter at 7000 miles. It was involved in a minor fender bender while it was sitting in a parking lot. Bumper cover was replaced at a body shop. Yes, it doesnt show oil changes as I am more competent than most oil change techs. Yes, it did have a minor fender bender which only caused cosmetic damage. These people dont deserve any business. Mazda will never get any of mine.

Purchases a car and the car was messing up on me and they

Purchases a car and the car was messing up on me and they took my car to service they claim they fixed the car and a year later my car started back acting up from when they supposed to fixed it the first time but to find out a year later that they never fixed my car I had to pay out of pocket for the cost saying that the warranty on the car doesn't fix the problem sent them proof of when they supposed to fixed it the first time now been told the man is not there that serviced my car that I should have brought the car back when he was there

No one answers phone.

No one answers phone. Had to drive to dealership to get an appointment. Service was slow. Vehicle has been ready for 45 minutes. Had to find someone to check me out. Everything was set up on yesterday and it still took forever.

Great dealership.

Great dealership. I purchased the 2020 GMC Acadia. Very courteous people to work with. Not pushy at all and that’s what I liked. Good people.

Poor customer service

I took my car to Mazda of Jackson to have repairs but due to unforeseen issues with my warranty company, I could not have the needed repairs done. When I went to pick my car up , Jason walked passed me several times before acknowledging that I was standing there. When I went to check out, I handed Jason my card but he insisted on throwing my card back to me instead of placing it in my hand or politely on the counter. Then he handed me my keys and told me my car was parked somewhere on the back which mind you no one had my car out front waiting on me or even initiated to go get my car and bring it to me. My car was still in the locked fenced area on the back of building which Jason did go get once he saw I couldn’t find it. This is very poor customer service and no one should be treated like this. I’m pretty sure the mechanics in the back are great but just not the best experience with the advisor at check in.

Can't get service without appointment

It is crazy that you can't get service without an appointment. And when you do make a appointment via their website it doesn't work. The person taking the service call doesn't know anything can't answer your question so what is the point of having them answer the phone. I have tried twice in the last week to get my vehicle service . I am done .

Unrealistically bad service

My wife bought a car at Mazda of Jackson. Had it 2 months and it broke down. Ok, cars breakdown... not a big deal. Until you get them to live up to their end of things. First they blamed us for the damage and said we would have to pay to have the entire motor replaced. When we asked about a loaner or rental, after they found out it wasn’t our fault, they told us they’d call us back. That was 2 weeks waiting on that call. They had the car for almost 2 months an FCC kept pushing the repair date back. Won’t be recommending them to anyone!!
