This is my wife and I's forth time buying/leasing a car...

This is my wife and I's forth time buying/leasing a car through Hampton Hyundai/Ford and our third time having Chu as our salesperson. I wouldn't have it any other way. Chu went above and beyond to make sure that my wife was happy with her new lease in terms of features, color, and price. As soon as the right vehicle became available, Chu grabbed it for us and had us driving away in it later that day. She worked with Joe to ensure that everything was in order before my wife and I drove over an hour to make the deal. Chu and Joe were both very professional, polite, prompt, honest, and made sure that we left very happy in our newly leased Tucson. The lease deal was as negotiated with no hidden fees, charges, or prices increases even given the limited inventory and high turnover of vehicles. We will definitely go back to Chu at Hampton Ford Hyundai for all our future car needs.

Took 3+hrs for an oil change and failed inspection....

Took 3+hrs for an oil change and failed inspection. Failed for 2 non issues, one .50 bulb they offered to change for $33! and e brake which they said would cost $320 just to find out what was wrong. Pure nonsense. Had everything done including inspection for $195 at Bacon's. Bergeron is a classic smoke blower. Beware In response: Not sure what exactly mr Bergeron was doing to try to help me for 3+ hrs perhaps you could explain exactly what you mean. As far as the non issues, the bumper and headlight should not have failed. Lastly,to defend $33 to change a bulb that I did in 30 seconds is shameful

Good morning, Thank you for the review you left on DealerRater. I do think there are a few things you left out that I would like to discuss with you. Bacons fixed everything we told you that needed to be done. There were no "nonissues." Your bumper was repaired, as we told you was needed to be done. The headlight was buffed, as we told you was needed, and the bulb and brakes were addressed as we told you were needed for State Inspection. There was no classic smoke blowing as you described. The difference is the price. That is not smoke blowing Mr. Eddie Zappa-Stonge, that is one location having a different price structure and amenities another does not. Our labor rate is well within the average of any OE dealer in the area. Feel free to check. Your .50 bulb is the part. There is labor to put that part in which would total $33.00. Reference the additional time you were here. Yes, it was excessive. However, Dan was actually looking for alternatives to some things to try and save you some money seeing as the car is older. I will contact DealerRater and add our side of things to your very negative and unfair review of the dealership, and name calling of my Service Writer, Mr. Daniel Bergeron. Used vehicle purchase

My wife and I stopped in to check out a used Nissan Frontier and Scott Soterion had approached use in a very calm and non pressure greeting. Scott went above and beyond to help us out with the purchase. Highly recommend these folks because of the great hospitality and selection of vehicles.

I found a great used car at this dealership and was able...

I found a great used car at this dealership and was able to make the transaction happen very quickly. It was an offbrand car (not Ford or Hyundai) that they had taken on trade. The detail department had done a great job prepping the car. I traded in my existing car and they gave me a fair price. I had great communication through phone, text, and email with Scott Soterion in sales. The actual buying process took only 10 minutes which was highly appreciated.

If you want a Hyundai Kona, Michele Magnusson is the one...

If you want a Hyundai Kona, Michele Magnusson is the one to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs of this car. Other places I looked, the sales representatives were much less informed. Michele took a lot of time showing the benefits. After leasing, she has continued to reach out to make sure I have everything I need to succeed and has been sending me more great info and freebies!

Leasing Contract

I'm happy with the Hyundai Kona that I leased here. The only complaint I have is that the $400 turn in fee at the end of the lease or the $300 Purchase option fees were not disclosed at the initiation of the lease. I only discovered these buried charges when I examined the lease more closely after taking home the vehicle. It certainly was educational, but disappointing.
