Service department is lacking customer service.

Service department is lacking customer service. Isabel specially, was one to hang up before trying to better the situation. I had to call back again to schedule the service. I would not recommend this location to anyone at least not this department.

Best experience and best deal ever from Baytown Ford. Salesman Gabriel worked with me for 2 weeks to make the his internet deal happen. He did a fantastic job representing his company and getting me the best deal possible. Mario in finance department got me an unbelievable interest rate. If your in the market for a vehicle this is the best place to shop. ?

I called about a vehicle I had identified online. A pleasant hent, Gelmer Velasquez, who is a master salesperson at Baytown for over 13 years, made an immediate appointment for the next day. Gelmer was pleasant, informative, and attentive to all of my questions. He kindly volunteered to drive my vehicle to my home as I had come by my car! The facilitybat Baytown Ford is comfortable, clean, and easy to get to. I am VERY PLEASED with the entire process and people who helped me purchase my pre-owned electric truck!!! I highly recommend Gelmer and Baytown Ford.
