We have been looking at vehicles for the past few months but remained undecided. The sales consultant at Legacy, Ryan, was extremely patient with us through this process and was never pushy. Once we decided on a vehicle to purchase, the rest of the Legacy team was very professional and courteous. We were in and out in a little over an hour and have been enjoying our new car ever since!

Good car buying experience.
I scheduled an appointment online. The vehicle I was interested in was waiting in the driveway. The whole process was smooth and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the purchasing process.

poor refund service after sold the car to custom
extremely poor service after sold the car to custom. It took me more than 4 sites visiting and more than 10 weeks still not get my refund. I left my personal contact, asked manager to call me however it was never happened. please try to stay away from Legacy Ford dealer at Sugarland, TX.
