Took over an hour to do an inspection for registration

Took over an hour to do an inspection for registration renewal . I came in after work Wednesday around 4:45 pm and left after 6 pm. When I inquired why it was taking do long, I was told there were many cars .

Finance Manager was arrogant and disinterested.
