Only One Key Fob

Had to wait longer than I should have to do a paid in full transaction. The vehicle was bought on the Monday evening before Thanksgiving and only had one key fob. I was told that I would have wait until the following Thursday between 12:30 and 1:30 for the person to come a with a new fob and program it to the car. They knew the fob was missing the car had been at the dealer for more than a month Why wasn't this already done? Thursday is the only day I could get it at this dealership. I just happened to be off this week otherwise I'd be working. On top of that I live 40 miles away. That's 80 miles round-trip. Today is Thursday I'm at the dealer writing this. The salesman said it would be done in 45 minutes to an hour. The hour was up 25 minutes ago. Now after coming all the way here waiting 1.5 hours the only fob he has for my car is a 2020 I need a 2019. Now I have to try and make some other arrangement to meet the mobile key person somewhere else some other day. The dealer filled the car up it was already half full. This cost me 4 hours of my time today and who knows what it's going to be next time.

Car buyer

Tommy Chan was great took time to show me any models I wanted to see. Was available to answer questions. When financing the car, the finance advisor was helpful as well.

Great service at Sterling McCall Toyota

Michael Wolf is a great service oriented salesman at Sterling McCall who took his time with us and helped us get the car we really wanted. He explained the steps we would take in purchasing our new car, helped us with our trade in and was there at the end to send us off. The finance manager Mauricio was also excellent. We love our car and the service was sterling.

50k service for my highlander
