On a recent service visit for our Ford Expedition, David

On a recent service visit for our Ford Expedition, David Nguyen was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient as always. He clearly communicated our options and updated us frequently about the progress of our repairs. Our vehicle was thoroughly checked out and given a VIP wash. Highly recommended!

Mary Hill was the best seller.

Mary Hill was the best seller. She helped us all she could. She has great customer service experience. Her personality says it all. Love her

The service agent that helped us was very rude and tried

The service agent that helped us was very rude and tried to lecture us on when we can bring the car. I told her I got a text that there was an open recall and that’s why we scheduled and brought the car. to this she was very condescending. It almost looked like she did to want to be there at work and did not want to take our car in. We are considering switching dealerships.

Bought a used 2024 Expedition and had to immediately take

Bought a used 2024 Expedition and had to immediately take it to my local dealer due to brake light,turn signal and parking light not working. Local dealer denied warranty on fuse replacement claiming vehicle had been wrecked, which was not disclosed by selling dealer who refused to take the vehicle back in exchange for another vehicle without reducing the trade in value on the vehicle I bought 3 days after I bought it and had my warranty denied.

Great service and communication. Quality work and very easy to work with. Professional, clear and kept my car in great condition. The car wash is a plus at the end!

Mr Crow At this point it would be more appropriate for you to call me. Your managers are not acting in good faith throughout this process. If you are sincerely interested in resolution please call me to discuss the additional specifics that have come to light since my review, none of which include any contact from your team. I would like a copy of the Carfax report presented to me at the point of sale for my record please. Mr. Crow, I have not heard from anybody at Sterling McCall Ford and have since received my plates and was unable to mount them due to no front license plate bracket on the bumper. Replacing bulbs, fuses and license plate brackets should not be necessary on a "Blue Certified" vehicle which is advertised to have undergone a rigorous multi-point inspection, right? Overall service was rather quick and this is the first time I've sent my vehicle in for repairs where I didn't come back with any other kind of issues it didn't have to begin with. I am happy with the results so far
