Great service and attention from the staff.
Great service and attention from the staff. Disappointed this last time due to communication issues. The email link was not working for additional work/suggestions, work done does not updated on system thus I keep getting reminders and phone contact with service reps is too hard (they depend to much on the system and do not answer phone calls). Again, best I have been in Houston, just this last time I had these Communication issues.

Great attention from Victoria who made the buying
Great attention from Victoria who made the buying experience a pleasure. She was very attentive and willing to work with me. I was disappointed to the dealer though, since I went for a specific car they had on their website, which I was told by the GM that was available, to find out only 2 minutes from arriving that it was a new car transferred to their service department. The dela I got was worse than the one I got online.

Had a quick maintenance trip, they make the drop off and pick up process very efficient and easy. Everyone is always so nice and courteous, I appreciate the whole process. Communication for when the car is ready to pick up is always spot on as well.
