Best auto buying experience ever, and this is my 6th new vehicle. My salesperson El Mbaye was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, extremely professional at all times, patient and pleasant personality. I was referred to Jay Gomez, Sales Manager by a trusted friend. Jay lived up to the high standard of customer service they bragged about. I would refer any of my friends and colleagues to Jay or El. I will have to wait until my first service visit to rate any other areas. Dealership are no better than the people of work there and Greenway has two great employees in Jay and El.

Mercedes Benz Greenway is the best automobile dealer I have ever dealt with, and I have owned, Chevy's; GM's; Lexus' and Toyotas. Jerry Jow is my Service Advisor, and he is the biggest reason I go back to MCB Greenway!

it was the best mercedes benz buying experience ever. The manager, Sam, did the best we could with our new car on the day of purchase, despite the fact that we arrived at the salon quite late. Thanks to the salon for our wonderful car.

Every year in January I bring my car for service. In the past, it was Tim who helped me, but now that Tim was not available, a young lady Elena Franco help me with the process. She was very friendly, helpful, and informative. Excellent service.
