Everything Perfect

Had scheduled a 12 month service on my year old Mercedes, first time I had any scheduled maintenance. Came in the day before for drop off and everything went smoothly. Service writer noted I had bought a service contract, which I had forgotten, and said that there would likely be no cost. Got a replacement vehicle quickly, another Mercedes 300, as promised. Got a call the next morning saying when my car would be ready and suggested texting ahead so the car would be waiting for me. Again, everything was as promised.

My Overall Experience with The Dealerx

I had good experience with the dealer when I took my car there for repairs. They are very professional. My service was completed on time. They gave me a loaner while my car was in the shop. I highly recommend the dealer.

I enjoy having my car serviced at ASC. The location on Glebe Road is very convenient for me, and William (Kit) Cross does a nice job keeping me informed of the status of the work that's being performed. Zero complaints.

Looked online for a 2016 Mercedes E63

Saw a certified Mercedes e63 online and asked about it and within seconds max put everything together and I drove 5 hours to pick up the car. He sent all the information over email and text.

Quick maintenance is great

Kit and the team did a fantastic job, as always! We just had basic maintenance performed this time, but they always go beyond the call of duty and make it a very customer-friendly experience. Thank you guys!

The service is great. The only problem I ran into is that I have to call the Saturday advisor several times before we would return my call.

MB Arlington Teamwork

My right rear tire required replacement. My regular service advisor's team was full up. He arranged with the EXPRESS Service to replace the tire and found a second nail in the left rear tire. I was in and out in a short time because of the TEAMWORK between Kit Cross and the Express Service Adsvisor.
