Not only the sales force but the service is great. I was sold on Bayway after the first visit for service on my 2014 MKS. They are there to take care of any problem and not PUSH for service on other items. I even go to Bayway for tires as the "discount" tire people push tires with lots of extras when the selling price does not include lots of extras.
Our New MKZ Ride
Sales Consultant Donald Demerson was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Since we live many miles away, way on the NW side of town, we most likely will not be visiting BAYWAY for any future repairs as may be needed.
