Repair on my 2016 Ford Edge
I am so happy with the service I received from Elmer! I called yesterday afternoon about my car having checked out. When I put gas in the tank my car would shake and vibrate. My bluetooth wasn't working correctly either, when I would try to hang up the call the screen would get stuck and I couldn't click "end." Elmer called me about 4:30pm today to advise my car was fixed! I purchased my car from Joe Meyers Ford off 290 in north Houston. They had my car for a week and never fixed the fuel issue. I have had such a pleasant experience! I will be back for all of my service and sales needs! I will also be referring others to Mac Haik.

Great Experience
Mac Haik is a good dealership that was not too pushy to make the sale and would work with me to make the deal. It was a somewhat enjoyable experience. I could recommend them. Aladdin was very helpful.

Good Experience
We received what we were looking for. After some offers they gave us the monthly we want. The only thing was that the dealership didn’t have the color we want, so it took more time to close the deal. But at the end the find the color and car we want. We are so happy with our new explorer.

Flew from MI to Houston - VERY disappointed!!
My husband and I flew from MI to TX to buy this car. Aladdin said “Certified Preowned, no scratches or dings, no interior stains or other damage, in mint condition". We would LOVE to share photos of what it actually looks like! Didn’t buy it but had to pay for a rental car, gas and hotel so we’re really unhappy. Car has MANY problems - driver door is so poorly aligned that a dollar bill fell through when it was closed; dirty headliner; stained passenger seat; front has MANY DEEP scratches; multiple small marks on car exterior. The only good thing we can say is that everyone was nice and the car has new tires. They raised the price $1,000 during our discussion (before flying out) and agreed to honor lower price. When they saw we weren’t happy, they offered an additional discount ($400) but the car wasn’t worth it. Hard to believe it’s Ford Certified!
