Takes advantage of women and makes up bills
I sat and waited to be served while others were greeted. I was given a bill for $1500 that said all my lights were out in the back which was not true because I just had an inspection done the day before. So I was lied to and taken advantage of as a women!! Later sent a different bill that only said $127 because I called them on their xxxxxxxx! The guy was rude and had to get help from another lady.

Good overall service and follow up Clean and they have an excellent waiting area Nice coffee and snacks. The tv viewing area is well lit and people friendly

Good experience
Love they send video of vehicle assessment. All done digitally I loved the experience. Car overheated needed coolant. Was towed dealership left key in lockbox. Key box could have been better labeled.

Take a detailed look BEFORE delivery
Bought an M3 from Advantage recently. Love the car but was somewhat disappointed in the purchase experience. I first found the car online and then connected with a salesman since I was out of town at the moment. I put down a deposit in the car and then came in to town to complete purchase. The problem was that the car was still being serviced, and I didn’t get to test drive or even see the interior since it was up on a lift. I trusted that a complete inspection of the car was done since it was a $50k BMW. But when I took delivery the next day, there were a couple details that disappointed me. All of the child seat anchor covers in the back seat were missing. There was a small hole in the back seat where the foam was collapsed. The security lock key for the wheels was no where to be found. And the car only came with one key fob. Being a used car, I didn’t expect perfection, but it is an M car and I really felt these details should’ve been addressed at this price point, especially the single key fob.

Service review
My advisor left for the day without following up on my car. I had to call three times to get some information and by the time I had someone give me an update it was late for the shuttle. Gladly enough another advisor was able to give me an update and cover. He did an excellent job closing out the service ticket.

Sold a piece of Junk
I paid cash for a pre owned BMW. The salesman assured me that the vehicle had been through service and inspected for safety etc. Before I left the parking lot the vehicle wasn’t functioning properly. The salesman took the car to service and they said a cap was lose, but I was good to go. A week later the car is Not working. Money wasted/down the drain.
