RUN!
RUN!!!! They sell you a Jeep, then REFUSE to work on it. New Jeep fully under warranty. Catastrophic steering problem and Lester Glenn just said NO they will not work on it. I had no idea you could just "nope" out of your job. Bernie customer service manager is the most condescending, misogynistic guy I've run across in a long time. Spoke to Tim Allan who is general manager and thought for sure he would fix it. NOPE. Bottom line is they can and will just abandon you and your purchase.

Nick was fantastic! We were shopping to replace my daughter’s stolen vehicle, and he took what is usually a dreaded, stressful experience and made it genuinely pleasant. He was patient, friendly, and easy to talk to — we sat and chatted like old friends while the finance department worked on our paperwork. I usually can’t stand the waiting-around part of buying a car, but everything moved quickly and smoothly. Before I knew it, we were finished and out the door in record time. Highly recommend working with Nick at Lester Glenn Jeep!
