Easy to buy.

I found the Sales team to be easy to work with. . The Business team was quick and efficient when picking up the truck. I would recommend this dealership again.

Good experience

Mark W was fantastic to work with. He kept us up to date on the process. He also understood what was important to me and my family. My only complaint would be dealing with Jason in finance. Unfortunately, you think you are ready to just sign on the dotted line but then this is were more sleazy sales comes in and they try talking you into needing $1900 worth of extra coverage. You have no time to research or think about it. It is a now or never type of thing. This to me should of all been down when you are negotiating your vehicle. I was very disappointed with this misleading sell. Especially since the vehicle we purchased comes with the Jeep Wave program that covers 2 oil changes every year for two years. That was part of a package he tried to sell! My advice to future customers, research what you need for extra coverage based on your needs and how long you will be keeping your vehicle for. Ask for Mark he will be the best to help you with! Also, Nick the floor sales manager was also very pleasant to work with as well.

Fast and efficient

This deal was the easiest car transaction I have ever had. Three emails and some paper signing made this process of turning in an older vehicle and driving off with my new one about an hour. I am pleased.

First car

I came to the auto mile and looked at some dealerships before visiting central. The moment I walked in, Mark was there waiting and ready to help me out. This was my first time purchasing a car and he was very helpful. He went out of his way to show me all of the features of the car that I was interested in. On the test drive he made sure to take me on a variety of roads so that I could really see how the vehicle drove. He also checked all of the possible deals that he could get for me and we were able to agree on a price that I could afford, which I greatly appreciate being a young first time car owner. Not only was he helpful but also very kind and thoughtful which I appreciate. Thank you Mark, you're the best! P.S. The cafe here is out of this world!

2017 Jeep compass- Dan the Man

Our salesman Dan was the best . He was professional, friendly and made us feel like family. He took the time for all my phone calls and he always got back to me in a timely manner. I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, and he made it an excellent experience. My friend Marika leased a Jeep three weeks ago from Dan so she gave me his name. So glad she did. I'm truly impressed,

Really great service!

Zenia Disangro is an amazing sales consultant. I leased my jeep and then bought my jeep from her. She looks out for the customer. I love my jeep wrangler- great vehicle and it adds positivity to my day. I recommend this dealership as well - great atmosphere and helpful.

Fast and honest

Zenia was great. The deal we made was effortless. You never feel like Zenia and the stafff at Central are "trying to make a buck off you". They are honest if they feel like a product may be beyond your budget and never force a sale.

Very Professional

Darien, the sales representative, was very professional, to the point, and went right after what I was looking for. This included looking into inventory the dealer had that was not displayed on the lot. Once the vehicle that met my requirements was located, he got a manager involved and immediately went to work on pricing it within my allotted budget. What started out as the beginning of a multi-day/multi-dealer search for a new used car, ended here within 5 1/2 hours. Incidentally, this was my first stop.
