I had the car for a few months my husband lost his job couldn't afford the car payment And they said that they will file A1099C for returning the car on my taxs. Do not get a car here! Do not get a car here!!! Worst place ever! And they do not let you know they will do that if you return the car. Be aware!

HORRIBLE. DON'T BUY HERE!!
THE worst place to buy a car. The cars are crap cars. They break down immediately. Everyone ignores your call when you try to get help. The mechanic is terrible.. can never get it right. You'll be a month or longer without your car. And they still expect you to pay for a car that doesn't work. They take advantage of you and jack the price up to the extreme..interest rate is extremely high and your car note will be $500 to $700 or more on a piece of crap car. Bypass this place..they suck!

Take It back!!!
You know id give a zero star if that was an option but i guess its not. My sales rep was Jason, i contacted him back in December of 2019, i explained to him my situation on how very car I've had has failed me and how i have a baby and need something reliable. He sent me photos of a 2013 Chevy Sonic Rs, I felt it was a bit small, i had a friend drive me up there as i live 2 hours away! He showed me the car and i started to wonder around looking at other vehicles as well and pointed out some that i liked and every single one i suggested he'd tell me that he " didn't trust the vehicle" and "wouldn't let me drive off the lot" with them. He knew i had no other options and no where else to go so i had to cave i needed a vehicle, I put $2500 down on it and as soon as i drove away and hit the highway to go home i noticed issues with it. The car shook really bad. As soon as i got home i told Jason about the matter and he told me wed have it fixed and the fact that i needed my key fixed and change my cabin filter that was NEVER CHANGED it was nasty with cigarette butts and leaves and so much dirt, i don't even smoke and mind you it still didnt get changed i had to pay for it to be done! A week later i asked Jason when would the best time for me to drive the 2 hours back to get this crap fixed, he informed he that they had fired him the day after i got my vehicle because he " got into a little trouble" and told me i needed to call Fiesta and speak to them. So, i called and spoke to them, drove the 2 hours out there. Which its been 2-3 weeks since i got the vehicle now? When i got there i informed them how much i didn't like the vehicle at all, its super small, my toddler has no room, the a.c works when it wants to, and even told him how rude Jason was and how he made me feel. I asked them if i could trade it in as i'm having so many issues already and the manager Richard told me no that i had to wait 33 months before i could trade it in. In the month February i posted on their facebook page on a post they made about a vehicle they were selling and stated all of the issues i had with them and warned people not to go. They then removed my comment and called my cellphone, and i repeated all my issues AGAIN and Richard said there wasn't anything he could do. He said instead of waiting the 33 months to trade it in that xxxx knock it down to 25 months instead and xxxx give me some gas on them. Horrible. Then my car slowly started to fall apart. My a.c and heater completely went out. Then my check engine light came on, and i have to replace the whole thermostat, thermostat housing and my entire a.c system which will cost over 1k to fix, the mechanic didn't even look at the rest of the issues. y car wont even pick up speed when its supposed to. I spoke to fiesta about the issue AGAIN and all they told me was " yeah you should go get those issues ironed out" Are you kidding me??!!! I pay $267 every 2 weeks for this freaking car! It started at 21k and i still owe over 12k!! I monthly pay almost $700 for a vehicle that's had issues since i got it!! They took advantage of a mom in need and that's just straight WRONG!! all i wanted was to trade it in not even that difficult. I'm also never late or have EVER missed a payment on this vehicle and i've had it since December. Ill never recommend ANYONE to ever go to Fiesta. Then the person who sold me my car BLOCKED ME which isnt suspicious at all!!

Scam Artist
Let's see where do I start first of all my experience with Fiesta let me out of pocket and without a vehicle. The vehicle was sold to me for three times the Blue Book value because of my credit. The dealer said it was the only way that Finance Company would want to deal with it they had in-house financing. A year-and-a-half into my lease some guy runs a red light and I T-boned him not even my fault there is their insurance ain't paying what I paid and they're going to take my truck for a Savage. I have to pay off my land before I can keep my truck. I couldn't afford paying $7,000 for a broken truck did I was going to have to fix myself so they took it. After they repoed it they turn around and auction It Off before I can get my stuff out. They had it 2 weeks after they repoed it before they auctioned off my truck I had a $1,500 system in there. I'm in the whole $10,000 and still owe Fiesta $3,000. They are Crooks they are scam artists.

Dont go there
They dont sell anything less than 10k even if the vehicle is really only worth 4k, most of their cars are beat up! I need a payment under 300$ and i was ready to put 1000$ they said 500$ a month, what they do is take avantage of people with low income and bad credit.

Don’t do business with them
They way overprice the cars. Like more than 2X their worth. They take advantage of those with bad or no credit. The warranty is BS. Son took his car because a check engine light came on. The engine is part of the power train. They charged him to see why the light came on. They wouldn’t give him his car until he paid them. He didn’t ask for extra service only what was covered under warranty. They will rip you off. And the Gap insurance they offer for like a hundred and something a month is BS. I’ve always bought gap insurance for my cars that are finances and it only added 5 bucks to my payment each month.

I do NOT recommend this place. My car was making a noise the day i ledt with it n they said ti make a service appointments. So i did and they tokd me the noise was normal. I told then it was stilk making the noise a month with it n they said to compair it to anoyher Dodge. N i did n they do not make that noise. N then the a.c broke on me twice n ive only had the car for 2 months. I am retur ing my car back today n losing out on $3000

I highly do NOT recommend them!! I got a 2016 Nissan Altima from here not even a week later I’m already having issues with the car.. what I thought were my breaks squeaking turns out to be the hubs, then the check engine light comes on.. we took it back to them to get it fixed.. only to get it back two days later, still squeaking they said they are new hubs it will go away in a couple days once they get broken in squeaking only got louder.. and two days later check engine light back on. I think their mechanic just reset everything make us think he fixed it when really nothing was done $3000 we put into this car in a month and this is what we get.. not worth it spend money else where

Fly by night we finance hole !! Stay far away them. We missed 1/2 a payment and they cut our car off xxx holes !!
