Not a Happy Car Shopper
I called about a car, discussed the money I had to put down, put down earnest money and was told that financing would be available for the balance. My husband and I drove three hours to drive and buy the car. As we were getting close I text Nate and told him we’d be a bit late. He responded with I would have to put down $7-8,000, no where near what we’d discussed the day before. I am walking away without the car I had my heart set on and very poor taste in my mouth. I do not recommend Parkway Auto Sales.

DO NOT take care of business
Good Inventory, Nice facility, Good prices BUT HORRIBLE SALES MANAGEMENT!! A few years ago went in with 5,000. in pocket. Made an offer on an SUV, Sales clown took us in the show room and NEVER CAME BACK. AFTER 18 MINUTES of NEVER HEARING FROM ANYONE ABOUT ANYTHING WE LEFT AND BOUGHT ELSEWHERE. NOW, LOOKING FEW YEARS LATER AGAIN CONTACTED THEM ON WEB SITE AND FILLED OUT FINANCE INFO. ETC. AND TO THIS DAY NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM YET AGAIN. NOT ON TOP OF A SALES PROCESS OR TRAINING THEIR PEOPLE EVEN ON PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORSE EXPERIENCED SALES STAFF AND MANAGEMENT i HAVE EVER HEARD OF LET ALONE EXPERIENCED 1ST HAND (twice)

Never heard back about mileage on a Tahoe
I never heard back from them about the mileage on a Tahoe I was looking at online and they don’t show it in the ad on almost all of the cars it’s like they’re hiding something about the products they sell

Deceitful!!!
TODAY IS SUNDAY APRIL 5TH 2020!!! We trusted you at a time in this world of this horrible virus pandemic!!! I bought a 2005 Pontiac Aztek from you on 3-25-2020!!! The power steering wheel broke off!!! My nephew told me that some bolts which holds the engine in are missing from the engine block. The transmission gears shift hard now. U sold us a lemon!!! U knew we needed a reliable car. U probably call yourselves Christians!!! From your shady salesmanship, I don't think any of you people are!!! My sister bought a car from u that same day. Her 2000 Nissan Sentra GXL needs a hub for her wheel!!! As well as breaks!!! It started making a grinding noise as soon as we got 2 blocks from our home. We both needed reliable cars as we discussed with you!!! U questioned us on reliability or looks. We both said reliability is more important. Why would you do this to us?!!! It's heartbreaking knowing there's people like you preying on folks that are trying to better themselves. You took advantage of us!!! This is going all over social media!!! At a time like this, you should be a shamed of yourselves!!! My grandson has a YouTube channel and is putting Both of our LEMONS we bought from you on YouTube!!! As well as other social media!!!

Would not recommend this place at all. Junk Cars.
Although the Salesman I worked with was friendly I drove an hour out of my way only to be massively disappointed. This dealership doesnt put any money into the vehicle's it buys. Tires are bad, windshield wipers cracked, alignment way off. I drove 3 cars and 2 of them were so bad I didn't even feel safe and cut the test drives short. The 1st car I drove the steering was so bad I asked the Salesman if they put any recon work into their cars and he said they didn't. The 2nd car I drove had brakes that were grinding! I mean wow! The 3rd car I drove was ok but I didn't feel I could trust any car from them knowing they dont put any money into insuring the car is up to mechanical par. They have a large selection but again I would never purchase a car from them. Good luck if you do, I have a feeling you'll need it.

Nice place to do business
Worked with Nate and he was professional and easy to talk and work with. Seemed to know the vehicle I was looking at well and answered all of my questions. The buying process as always took way too long even though I was paying cash/debit card. They insisted that it wouldn't be ok'ed for the amount of purchase but after asking them to just try and it went through just fine. Not Nate's fault but they should have started the process sooner. So far the vehicle has performed flawlessly and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good experience.

Ripped Off
I bought a vehicle from this place about 5 months ago. After taking it to a mechanic, I have learned it needs a new engine and new transmission. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from these crooks.

Don't believe everything you hear on the phone....
Basically bought my car online as I lived 350 miles away. Made contact with a salesman who was kind enough to tell me the issues that he could see with the car, scratch in the hood that was touched up, and the airbag light was on. I gave him some information on how to reset the airbag light and he would text me if it didn't go out. Got on a plane and flew out to Spokane, caught a ride share to the dealership. Met with the salesman I had been dealing with over the phone and we went and looked at the car, and that's when I really started questioning my decision. I share some blame in that I knew I was dealing with a used car lot, and used car salesman are liars. Big scratch here, big scratch there, big dent here, door dings there. Paint scratched down to the bare metal on the hood. As I was pointing out these things, this young salesman said "I should get my eyes checked". It was cosmetic stuff so we took the car for a drive. Car drove straight, ran fine and made good power, all the lights and accessories worked (minus drivers seat heater......). I noticed the TPMS light flickered a few times but I also know the early TPMS sensors are finicky and suffered from random failures. This was a 15 year old car but only had 60k miles on it. Back to the dealership we go. I asked about dropping the "negotiable document service fee" because of the paint and body issues that I had mentioned..... No. I asked about a possible reduction in price because of the paint and body issues.... No. According to him, they had spent a bunch of money on the car getting it ready for sale and the listed price was the rock bottom. Whatever. Signed the papers (which had been printed prior to my arrival, no wonder they didn't want to reduce the price, they would have wasted printer ink). Got out on the highway and started the drive home. Here is where it starts to get funky. TPMS light is still flickering on and off, and it started getting dark so I turned on the headlights. As it got darker and darker I realize I can't see anything in front of me really. The headlights were pointed straight at the ground. The bulbs, which are H7U and are held in by a metal clip, were installed improperly (figured out after I got home) and not in the socket all the way..... which is critical for a projector headlight. It started raining as well as I was going over a mountain pass to get home..... obviously wiper blades are not on the "change" list when you are selling used cars. So now it's dark, it raining, and the headlights aren't lighting anything more than 10 feet in front of the car..... I had a splitting headache by the time I got home. The next day.... I decided to verify the air in the tires, drivers front tire had 42 psi, passenger front tire had 32 psi. Now the car pulls dramatically to the left. The Check Engine Light came on.... got it scanned and it is throwing 4 codes that have to do with the air injection and EGR system... more money to be spent there. So they aired up the tire to get rid of the pulling, and cleared the codes for the CEL before I test drove the car. In closing I will say this.... They are a used car dealership. They buy cars from auction for pennies on the dollar, they vacuum them out, polish the paint, and stick them out for sale. They are no different from any other used car lot I have ever been to. They will do whatever it takes to make a car appear better than it actually is.... including lie right to your face. I would like to say Buyer Beware.... but it is more like "Buyer Be Aware", because all Used Car lot salesman are the same.

Hassle Free and Not Pushy Experience
Went in on Saturday to look at a Denali that I saw on the website. Met with sales rep, David Erickson, who was very personable and not pushy from the get-go. Answered questions, went through and showed me all the features and functions for each button (and it had a lot!). 20 minutes later we were off on a test drive. He continued to go through the buttons, telling me about some of the drive features in more detail. Within the hour we were discussing trade ins and what I was comfortable with paying in order to not live off ramen noodles. Several hours later, even after the place was closed, David and the finance team were still there finishing up what needed to be done in order to get me in my new Auto all still with a sense of humor and smiles, knowing they each had a family at home waiting for them. Never once did I get the pushy sales feeling like one does when shopping for just about anything. In the need for a car, truck or SUV WITHOUT the pushy sales rep that usually comes with car lots...... Ask for David Erickson at Parkway Auto, he will treat you right.
