I bought a car from this dealership on January 28th 2024.

I bought a car from this dealership on January 28th 2024. Less than a month later I started having issues with the backup camera and the dash lights. I called them and they told me to bring it on in. When I got there they told me they would check it out and let me know what needed to be done. They gave me a loaner. I was gone less than 15 minutes when they called and said they could not help me because my warranty did not cover electrical systems. I have not even made the first payment on it this is bull!!!!! They do not stand behind what they sell. When I went to pick up my own vehicle no one even spoke to me. I have not even made the first payment on it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!

Had a a/c hose replaced and a oil change

The service techs are no 1 in my views, they take care of vehicle and let you know what the cost is and about how long to fix it. They fixed my a/c there days after I had my oil change, and tire rotation done. The part had to be ordered. Would recommend the service department staff to anyone looking for good service and friendly people.

Service Experience

Able to receive an appointment very quickly. Was greeted with friendly courteous service department employees. Pickup service was started on time, completed quickly. I rate the service top notch. Was explained about all work done and results found, and the charge amount. I really do appreciate the service department. I feel like my patronage is appreciated there.

Sales / Service

Both Jeff Nelson and Matthew Longoria are true professionals. Jeff took the time to understand my vehicle needs, wants, and desires. Jeff was truly outstanding throughout the ordering process. He kept me up to date every week til receipt of vehicle. Matthew Longoria is definitely in a league of his own. Matthew took the time to fully understand the issues with the new pickup. Matthew kept me posted on all actions and findings. Matthew recommended bringing the pickup back, and dropping it off to allow him ample time to find the cause of the issue.

Sales / Service

Purchasing a vehicle via the internet is was the biggest purchase most will make. I spent about 6 months looking and was concerned about the possible issues associated with a purchase of this size. I have purchased several used vehicles off dealer lots and still ended up with a surprise or two with the vehicle. I have been surprised in a good way. I found what looked like the perfect vehicle for my wife and I. After studying the vehicle at this dealership online for a couple day I took the next step and emailed to see if it was still available. Internet sales person was prompt in responding, knowledgeable about vehicles and inventory and aware of the market in our area. Kathryn was polite and not pushy. She was quick to assure me it had been tested and completely checked out. The vehicle was checked mechanically and cosmetically and it was in excellent condition. My wife and I talked and I decided the purchase the vehicle. We agreed on price she gave me a short list of information needed and quickly followed up on my response. She and the dealership had all paperwork and the vehicle delivered to my house in less than 24 hours. The Representitive had all paperwork organized, signature requirements, trade in documents, and a finance person standing by on call if I had any questions. The delivery rep had a good knowledge of the vehicle, how everything worked and able to answer any questions I had. The vehicle was in excellent condition and the dealer did a very good job of describing the vehicle on line. The vehicle exceeded my expectations. We completed all paperwork and had our new vehicle in about 30 minutes. Within 2-3 hours after delivery another rep from the dealership called and asked if I had any additional questions. He had checked the vehicle out and driven it. He text me his cell and asked if I had any additional questions to give him a call. This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. After driving it for a few days I am very happy with the vehicle and the dealership.
