Grubbs used to be my go to place. They keep my car for over a week with no resolution for a repair they had recently done where the problem persisted. I went to another dealership got my car fixed in 3 days with discounts and way more appreciation for my business. Sometimes places get use to their loyal consumers and put them on the back burner. Well this loyal customer has found a new dealership to work with.

It was great service - I just always feel you guys leave a message about things I need and then I struggle with timing, calling back to confirm or knowing when my car is ready. When I tried calling - 3xs I was put on hold 5-15 min and never answered. Also the phone number to call in the text that you guys send in the beginning is not correct.

This dealership did a fantastic job!! Very pleased with how they handled the recall on my SUV from beginning to end!! When I contacted them due to another issue that needed to fixed, they were extremely accommodating, fast and very helpful and understanding. They valeted my SUV back to the dealership fixed the issue quickly and got my SUV back to me!!! I felt red carpet handled through out. Thank you so much!!

Good, but sometimes wait times are slow and sometimes hard to find someone. Also, I never get a loner car, as described when I bought the car.
