If I could give no stars, I would. BE AWARE of Raymond Arrendondo! I submitted an inquiry for a vehicle. He immediately contacted me back. Said he was at home because he was sick, but that he’d call me first thing the next day when he got back to work. Which he did. Sent me additional information on the vehicle. The next day, he told me the vehicle had just gotten to the lot and had to go through service. I told him that I truly wanted this vehicle. However, I did have three other vehicles lined up, so I wanted to be sure this was mine, as this was going to be a cash deal. He assured me the vehicle was mine, went on this tangent about how honest he is, and that he had been at the lot for 15 years. He told me he would keep in contact with me. He called, he texted, and I even told him I would go ahead and book my ticket. He advised me not to purchase my ticket, as he didn't want anything to go wrong during the service. Fast forward to the vehicle being sold. The same vehicle, he said, was mine. The same vehicle he asked me to wait for. The same vehicle that he said I can pick up as soon as it comes out of service. The same vehicle I missed out on three other deals for! This man sold the vehicle from under me. I let three other deals go, ALL because he said the vehicle was mine. I've waited for NOTHING! THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL! He bragged about how honest and customer service WAS a PRIORITY! This is TOTALLY NOT OKAY! The vehicle I waited on had been in constant communication with the seller. I had been constantly checking on this vehicle. I get an alert that it has been sold. I called him, and he’s doing all this talking about how great his weekend is and that he was going to check to see how much longer it would be in-service. Since I received the alert, I told him and asked him to check. Although I KNOW HE KNEW, he says Well, something is going on with our system, I’m going to check and call you about 11:00 a.m., so you can be on your way. HE KNEW HE WAS LYING, JUST LIKE I KNEW HE WAS LYING. I hung up and called the lot, and they confirmed it was sold. HE WAS DISHONEST AND I AM THE ONE WHO HAS TO DEAL WITH THE RAMIFICATIONS OF HIS LIES!

Very easy to get appointment.
Very easy to get appointment. My Service Advisor was great, kept advised to my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it was washed and clean. They did a great job for me. This is a great dealership and I would higly reccommend this dealership.

Jason Troutman and Reddy S were outstanding. They were very professional and answered all my questions. They were able to get me all the incentives on my 2026 Chevy Blazer. Kudos to Jason, Reddy and the CarPro.

Service has always been first class! All service issues that I have had on the three trucks that I have perchased there have always been serviced to my satisfaction. Employees are always courteous and helpful.

Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better. I'm pleased with this service and thanks again to Vanessa and the service manager she engaged to assist.

I will never be guilty of buying from Classic Chevrolet
I will never be guilty of buying from Classic Chevrolet Grapevine ever again. First they delivered my new Corvette with parts that go under the car still in tge trunk space. Because I live 2 1/2 hrs away I had to take it somewhere else to get the parts put on. I purchased the car on 5/5/25 and as of today 7/10/25 I still have no tag for the car. Therefore, I am unable to drive the car on a trip I had planned. I had to call twice in order to get any response. The response was leaving me a message that they had sent it to the DMV on 7/2 and wasn't sure when I would get it. By the way 7/2 was the day it was due so no way they could have expected me to receive it by the time it expired. Since then I have called and left messages to work out a resolution but have received no return calls. Customer Service is poor to say the least.

After many hours of learning current market values and contacting many dealerships, Classic Chevrolet in the first phone conversation revealed no fixed or high pressure add ons - that was enough for me. Dealing with Classic Chevrolet was about as straightforward as you can get in dealing with any car dealership. Vehicle was available and as described, no dealer add ons (which seems to be a major issue in Internet pricing), and no high pressure sales. Just the typical unfun price negotiation at the end which I have 100% experienced in my every car buying experience. As a totally different experience, cars.com should deny service to Autosaavy and Car Revolution. One would be insane to attempt a purchase after reading their reviews. They do harm to the Internet buying experience.

Chloe and Cameron did a great job. One of the faster dealer experience I have ever had.. I live out of state (3 hours) they stuck to their word and gave me what they stated for my trade in, didnt have to hassle over price, hidden fees, add ons, etc. Processed the paperwork. Helped out with anything that I needed to get moved over. Would definitely buy from this dealer and its sister Classic Chevy stores again! I visted 2 other dealers and wasnt happy with their customer service. Way to go Chloe and Cameron!
