BMW of Arlington

I came to this dealer with an approved apr% from my bank. As im going thru finance with Dexter manly give me a higher interest rate by almost 1% and he said it's because I didn't mention to my bank that I had a trade in. This was Friday after 8 pm. I signed the contract and called my bank Monday to ask them why did they raise my rate and they said they didn't and that the car lot didn't even finance thru them. Dexter never said he didn't use my bank, he only said they raised my rate. Long story short, the finance Mgr over Dexter fixed my issue within 2 days. I just feel like Dexter isn't trustworthy. He tried finessing me

Excellent and attentive service advisor and staff. The BMW of Arlington staff communicated with me leading up to my service date, advised me where my car was on the maintenance schedule, made sure I was comfortable as I waited, got me out quickly so I could return to work. It was a great service experience and Mohammed (advisor) was awesome!
