so easy

Easiest purchase ever. Not low pressure but NO pressure. They really don't care if you buy or not because the next guy will. Very nice inventory of vehicles. Jefferson was outstanding.

great car buying experience

Very nice looking lot inside and out. Tony and Jefferson both helped me out as well as Doran on the phone. Very low pressure environment which is a breath of fresh air. Would highly recommend.

Awesome Dealership! Nice cars, no pressure!

Great dealership A+++++. Buying a used car is kind of scary, and you meet all kinds. ARC Auto was awesome from the start. Lot's of nice used cars to look at. Mike "Tony" Adams was my sales rep, he sits right out front when you first walk in the door. Low pressure, friendly, happy to answer my questions. Did a couple of test drives and found a Lincoln I liked. Met Darren Elder, the Sales Manager, again no pressure. Very helpful. What a great experience, and they stand behind their cars. Recommend highly to anyone looking to buy a car. Give Tony or Darren a call. Will definitely shop here again!

FANTASTIC DEALERSHIP

Straight A's across the board for these guys! Mike "Tony" Adams was my sales rep, great guy, friendly, low pressure. Did a couple of test drives, found the car I wanted. Met the sales manager Darren Elder, again low pressure. I walked out very impressed with how professional the entire experience was. A good group of guys and I will definitely shop here the next time I need a car. Keep up the good work! A++++++++

Great experience!

Traveled 3 hours for this car, they had everything as ready as possible. Everyone was very helpful and answered questions. The finance department worked with us to make this all happen. We love our new Infiniti EX35.

Ruined my sons first car buying exp

Well it all started out good. We found the car he wanted test drove it had a couple things to fix witch they said the would be no problem. One of the things was I wanted the oil changed the other was the visors were loose and needed new clips. "Easy fixes right" We got the paperwork all done while they were changing oil got in it to drive home got about 10 miles down the road and noticed a lot of blue smoke coming out of the exhaust. My thought was crap now what. So I call Brian up told him what it was doing he said bring it back and they would look at it, on the way back to the dealership the inspection plate fell down now dragging along the hi way. We got back and after waiting 2 hours we found out the car was over filled by 3quarts that's why it was smoking. The other problem was the didn't fix the visors I ask them about it they said they had to order the parts fine. They were going to send the parts directly to my house. I said great well after more than 6 phone calls I still do not have my parts they promised. I will never buy another car from Arc Auto they don't stand behind there word.

2005 BMW X3

I purchased my car 6 months ago, and I believe at that point they knew the car was a lemon, My check engine light has been on and off since my purchase, I was bbq told that they would take care of that, well they have tried twice the light is still on, I have a terrible leak from the oil to the coolant which is going to cost about 4,000.00, I have added at least 10 quarts of oil since I bought the car, my right bulb is out so I purchased a new one for 100.00 come to find out its not the bulb but the part that the bulb plugs into. My car is currently not running, I was told it was "electrical" I swear if I could do it all over again I would of kept driving past ARC auto. I have had several people ask me where I got my car all I say is don't do it! I have called several times to speak to the owner, that never happened some guy named Michael emailed me basically saying I was S.O.L I just asked them to stand by their product and fix my car or get me out of the contrat! They say word of mouth can make a business or hurt a business I just wouldn't want what I experienced happen to any other female, I feel taken advantage of. Moving forward letting everyone I know including BBB.

Will buy from ARC again!

We were looking for a quality used vehicle and came across a 2012 Nissan Rogue listed below NADA value at ARC. I was in communication with Brian McMullen for a little over a week discussing the vehicle and our credit situation. I didn't want to submit a credit app online because dealerships have a tendency to lie and say "yeah you're approved, come on down" and then tell you the opposite when you arrive. We decided to go down on black Friday, of all days to take a look at the vehicle. I had told Brian that we'd be there sometime mid-morning and when we showed up, the Rogue was pulled up front and running to get it warm so I could hop in for a test drive as soon as I got there. Driving it, I noticed it had a bit of a shimmy at highway speeds and I mentioned that to Brian. He had it taken back to the service department and they balanced the tires to get rid of the shimmy. The facility was clean and had a laid-back vibe. There was a play area for my two young sons to keep them busy. Brian took on the role of grandpa to the boys right away. We didn't have the best credit but we did have a down payment and a vehicle to trade in. Given the state of the trade in vehicle, we were glad to get $1000 out of it. They told us that they would do everything they could to get us a conventional loan, and they did! Brian was so confident that we'd get approved that he got tags on the Rogue for us while we were waiting on approval/paperwork. When I am in the market for another vehicle, I will look at ARC's selection first, before going to any other dealership.

Exceptional Customer Service

The quickest I have ever bought a car with the least amount of pain. Brian McMullen got us on a test drive and out the door in maybe a combination of 2 hours tops split between two days (only because my wife and I had to be somewhere on the first day)! It was highly recognizable that Brian had a great amount of experience. The customer service provided by Brian was beyond exceptional with him going out of his way to get us a lower price on the vehicle and then he dropped the vehicle off for us in Lee's Summit free of charge (totally unheard of these days)! Thank you Brian for exceeding the expectations that come with purchasing a vehicle.
