Bought a car from these guys and would definitely do it again. After checking out the car and taking a drive, made a reasonable offer which was countered reasonably. We came to a deal and my daughter and I played in the game room while the paperwork was printed up. It only took a few minutes. This was the easiest and most unique car buying experience of my life. Definitely recommend.

Joe and Arnold and the rest of the guys at Automotive Imports do a great job. Their knowledge is extensive and the prices are much better for my Range Rover than going to a dealership.

We found the car we wanted for the right price and had a great experience with the sales team. Get to know the crew in the shop though and discover this is where Automotive Imports truly shines! Arnold is a huge help when my car has an issue. I can usually stop in for a diagnostic reading that same day. Joe fills me in on the issue and then everyone follows up with great communication and dependable service. Mr. T can give you a lift to work or you can set up your laptop at one of the tables in the customer service lounge area. I haven't even mentioned the option to play arcade games or distract your kids while they play in a special spot just for them. Happy to have found this gem!

I purchase a beautiful BMW Z4 M-Sport from Tony. I live in Boulder and had been shopping nationally for the car and was willing to travel or have it shipped. These guys had exactly what I wanted at a fair price and saved me shipping from FL. I would give them 5 stars and suggest you take a look at their inventory for your next car. They had a great selection of BMW's and Audi's.

Ever since being referred here it's been nothing but a pleasurable experience. The staff is really concerned in making sure your car is fixed in a timely manner and at a reasonable rate. As long as I own a BMW I will not take my car to anyone else but Automotive Imports. in the near future I do plan on purchasing my next BMW from them.

I had quite a few troubles with my BMW after an accident. It's a bit difficult to find shops that work on BMW convertibles. I'd had some trouble with other shops 'fixing' problems by supergluing pieces together telling me they'd solved the problem. From the 1st time I called to schedule an appointment and dropping the car off, Arnold was honest, straight forward and transparent with me. I had a deadline for when the work needed to be completed and Arnold was in communication with me about work progress. We were waiting on 1 part and in an effort to get the car out to me on time Arnold had sent someone to pick up the part that the dealer couldn't get out because it had 'arrived after the delivery vehicle left'. They got the part and put the vehicle together in 1 day. Unfortunately, as is often case, this fix was only one part of a larger problem, meaning that in order to fix the problem completely, the car needed to stay. Jimmy, the amazing BMW mechanic, put in a massive amount of time troubleshooting each and every component of the problem. I think it takes a special kind of patience to troubleshoot a difficult car and Jimmy and Arnold exhibited that patience at every turn. They both went above and beyond my expectations, being professional, patient and persistent. Always kind. Always seeking to make a bad situation better. I'm so grateful that they fixed the actual problem rather than 'finding a work around' as other shops had proposed. Not only did they find the problem, but they showed me exactly what had gone wrong and why it needed to be fixed. How many shops do you know that are so honest and straightforward in their communicating?! It was a rare pleasure to work with these gentlemen. Not only for the quality of their work, but also their kind and complete communication with me. Thank you Arnold and Jimmy!
