I highly recommend Summer Lopez at Sewell Subaru.

I highly recommend Summer Lopez at Sewell Subaru. She was a pleasure to work with and made the car buying process so easy and convenient! Sewell Subaru is also a great environment and very professional. I have two kids and a crazy schedule so fitting in car buying wasn't easy or something I looked forward to. She would text me updates, send details via text, she was so kind, she never made me feel bad when I'd come in super late to our scheduled meeting times, there was no pressure just information to ensure I made the correct car buying choice. She was experienced, informed and down to earth. I cannot recommend seeking her out and Sewell Subaru's dealership highly enough!

This dealership lists cars on their website as available

This dealership lists cars on their website as available that are actually already sold and therefore unavailable. Presumably this is to get you in the door so they can sell you a different car. It is misleading and a waste of your time trying to guess if a given car is actually available. At best, this is sloppy recordkeeping, and at worst it is deceptive.

I contacted a few dealerships during this shopping

I contacted a few dealerships during this shopping experience and Sewell was, by far, the most professional with no games. They were easy to deal with and delivered the car to me in Houston. Missing one star for a door ding that was not reported in the ad and bugs on the grill from transport from Dallas to Houston. The car should have been run through Make Ready before delivery to me.

What a wonderful experience!

Kay was our salesmsn and he was the best! He showed us everything to us and keeps following up with to see if there is anything we need. I now know why the commercials are they way people say. Not only is the dealership good Kay is the BEST and will do any for you. So if you are looking for a car go look him up! You will be glad you did.
