Randy tells it straight. I have never had several oil changes, AC work, and tire purchases and have never had a problem with service at Integrity Automotive.

Naming this Automotive Shop Integrity has got to be an oxymoron. Randy has anything but integrity. I used him for quite a while due to my wife thinking he was a great mechanic and her dealing with him. I had multiple vehicles he has worked on and twice he pulled the same swindle on me. He will fix your air conditioning and then put something under the hood that sounds like loud fans every time you press the gas pedal. The first time he did it to a truck I had. He fixed/recharged the AC in it and when I got back the vehicle it sounded like there were jet engines going off under my hood with every press of the gas. The truck had been in my family since it was new and was about 10 years old and it had never sounded like this. When I pointed it out I was told that was how it was supposed to be. Of course that was a lie. A while later when I was ready to get rid of the truck he wanted to buy it from me. He asked why it was so loud when the engine revved and stated he would fix it. I found it interesting and let it go to please my wife. The second time, I recently took a different car up to get the AC fixed/recharged. When I got it back from him and got into it the same jet engines seemed to be coming from under my hood. This time I was not going to just ignore the unbelievably loud noises coming from the car. I took it back to him and explained. I had this car for more then twenty years and it had never sounded like this. He got in the car and bold face lied to me and told me that he did not hear it and got butt hurt that I had questioned him and his methods of swindling customers. Be smart. Take your vehicle to some place with actual Integrity that will not get pissy like a child when you question them about their methods of swindling people.

Have worked with them for over 10 years. They kept my Dodge Minivan going to 240,000 miles! They repairs all of our family cars. I recommend Integrity Automotive to all of my friends.

I’ve purchased two used vehicles from Integrity. I drove the Accord over 300,000 miles. I trust Randy with the servicing which is superior. Most recently purchased a Ford Edge from Integrity. Anither great auto from Eandy. I highly recommend Integrity if you’re in the market for a used car or servicing.
