This location recently made changes not to accept checks.

This location recently made changes not to accept checks. I wasn't aware and this cost me extra money taking rideshare back and forth for two days to make other arrangements.

I brought my vehicle in for a recall and a scheduled PM

I brought my vehicle in for a recall and a scheduled PM service. When I arrived, I was told that every 30,000 miles the injectors need to be cleaned, and I was quoted $1,350+tax. I agreed without verifying whether that service was actually required at 30,000 miles. After paying and leaving, I reviewed the invoice and saw it listed 'customer complaint: rough idling' which I never mentioned or complain anything on the car i was there just for recall and PM. That note replaced the original justification for the service and makes me question whether I paid over $1,000 for something I didn’t truly need. Transparency and accuracy in service recommendations and documentation matter, and I left feeling misled.

In the past, I tried to get an oil change.

In the past, I tried to get an oil change. I could barely get my truck into the service lot. This time, 2x safety recalls and replace a headline that is out. Shannon’s words were, “I’m not going to be able to get it done today.” I made the assumption of get it the next day. On the day I expected it, I messaged the system that says message here for status… no response. The day after I dropped my car in, I came back to the service center where I was told the vehicle wouldn’t be ready until Monday! This isn’t just a communication error, the service center feels like it had a climate and culture of unprofessionalism and lacks a deliberate approach to taking care of customers. There’s so much that could be done to win my business, but I don’t think the organization cares. I can’t imagine a “for profit” business that operates like this is meeting its profit potential. Bad news, I probably won’t be back. Good news, there’s nothing but room for improvement from you guys.
