I bought a work van this week from Alan. Very easy, fast, and smooth deal. Van was detailed nicely, new tires, fresh paint, and the ability to see the carfax was great. Very fair pricing and was patient while I was on the phone with the insurance company. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a car or work vehicle. Thanks to Alan I now have a nice work van for my new business.

I'm only giving them a one star because the salesman Mike was great. However i have only had this car for a year and a half and its Nickle and diming me to death. Took the car for an oil change about 2 months after getting it and the oil looked like brownie batter. Feel like it has been in the shop more then I've driven it. Just had something replaced and the check engine light is back on. But in a high car payment so I guess I will be spending more money on it. Do not recommend!!

My rotors my brakes was bad when I first got it now 2019 frontier passenger seat belt just like my daughter and I couldn’t get it out haven’t even had to Car one year yet or six months

If you go there you will go home with a car you will be happy and be able to get to your job and you will be getting ahead in life go there you will be happy

I purchased a 2005 Toyota Highlander from here on Feb 19, 2020. I imagine used cars have their issues, but when I purchased this vehicle for $7,300 I wouldn't have imagined that by June I would have to put an additional $3,000 plus into it! I've had everything from AC Leak, to the Timing Belt and Water Pump needing replaced, The front tire leaking from the rim and now my Valve Cover Gaskets need replaced... I'm a bit frustrated and they said call them when I need repairs and they'll do it at a discount, but if I can't trust them to be honest about the work the truck needed before I purchased it, why would I trust that you'd be honest I'm repairing it? I may as well bought a $12,000 truck.... Lesson Learned

These two brothers are extremely professional. I was a little impatient throughout the process. However these guys remained professional. They met every expectation they set and exceeded my expectations. I am extremely happy with my BMW and all these guys went though to get me financed. They even gave me a GREAT deal on my trade in. Honest guys. Honesty is more important than price to me. I am a customer for life.

I have emailed this dealership inquiring about a specific vehicle at least 5 times. No response! I am just gonna assume they aren't in the business of selling vehicles. when a customer is actively looking and showing interest in a vehicle that is listed for sale, I don't understand why I've gotten no responses. I have money to spend, if I was a dealer and kept getting emails about a specific vehicle, that would tell me the customer is extremely interested and I'd be on it! It's a sale waiting to happen, but yet isn't because Noone would take 5 minutes to email me back.

Bought a 1998 4Runner last weekend. It was an easy buying experience with fair pricing. I took the 4Runner to a mechanic after purchase and it checked out fine. I would buy from Carsmart again.

We purchased an car,with this establishment. It was a good experience.They're a family owned business. The older brother is EXTREME Professional, not that the young brother isn't. If you want a reliable car at a good price to last a while see the older brother... the Younger brother sells cars,with very high mileage and high pricing. I'm not knocking him,but me personally the older brother is a more structured Dealer. The Younger brother is there just to sell cars and make a profit. The older Brother picks better cars, you don't have to bring them back for service. I've purchased from both,but you will be satisfied with your sell if you go with the older brother.

I purchased a car February 2015.The car hasnt given me any trouble at all. Thank God! Since I have been ripped off by so many dealerships, and if im late, they dont call and harash me about the payment. They are very understanding! And as a single mother I need a car that is reliable. Wonderful dealership! Thank you so much!
