I was looking for a truck. Found one on the website. I called about it and was told that it needed to go through service and a new tailgate. I asked if I could come and look at it, and was told sure, but remember the condition. Went and looked at it and test drove it. Keep in mind it had not been through the service department yet. It was of course dirty. It is a diesel and the DEF warning was on stating it needed to be added. The wife and I talked to the salesperson, and came to we thought a fair deal. Was going to leave and think on it for a day, and the salesperson came out and told us that if we drove off the lot, the price would go up over $4k. I guess that is a new used car salesperson trick. It worked on us. SO we made the deal and paid most of the money with the rest due on delivery. Was told verbally that the tailgate would be two weeks to get in. Was also told that the mechanic was out due to personal issues, and would be back on Monday. We went through a verbal list of things the truck needed, brakes where starting to go out, oil needed to be changed, windshield washer hose was broken, and overall dirty. We understood that on Monday the mechanic would address these issues and then we would take delivery of the truck. Waiting on the tailgate. Well Monday cam and went, along with Tuesday until two weeks from the day we paid. Was told that the tailgate was still not finished and other items. Kept trying to find out about what the mechanic was going to do, and was told that it was sold in "As Is". I get that but we had verbal agreements in place. We finally took delivery of the truck, the tailgate still needed a piece on it, it would not open correctly, and the mechanic did not even touch the truck that I could tell. I guess he did put in DEF, after the salesperson stated that he wouldn't due to it being fuel and they don't fuel the cars or trucks. For cleanliness, the only difference from when we looked at it was all the papers was cleaned out of the center console. I did complained to I believe the finance manager, and was told if I am not happy, to just bring it back. Well, that would mean I lose my license and title fee, I had accrued interest on a loan I used for part of the payment. But that did not matter to them. I guess tough luck. Needles to say I will not be shopping from the dealer again and will avoid the other location in Gulfport as well. And I am still owed a part for the tailgate.

I looked at a vehicle. Drove it. Next day, purchased the vehicle. Easy. No hassle. Only exception was there was no wiggle room on the price! I tried! I can say it was competitively priced. It was listed below market value. Overall satisfied.
